Lead and develop a team of leaders responsible for planning and executing assignments through technology such as GSRealTime
Manage multiple software programs simultaneously to quickly analyze the operation and determine best course of action throughout the day
Solve complex staffing situations to mitigate risks and drive results
Lead and collaborate with Admin and Operations leaders to ensure resources are planned and applied where they are most needed
Think strategically, develop reports and identify opportunities to improve processes to drive performance
Communicate procedural changes to Customer Service Managers and other team members
Ensures compliance and accountability follow through, and support as an escalation point
Guide the development of Customer Service Managers
Identify trends and team member developmental opportunities; design and implement methods to increase/improve performance
Assist with Customer Service Manager interviews and selections
Solicit ideas and/or feedback from team members and accept accountability for follow-through
Foster positive relationships, drive engagement, and collaboration between allocators and frontline, as well as across departments
Conduct grievance hearings and serve as a grievance hearing officer as necessary

Role and Impact
Coordinate all aspects of implementing innovative information technology (IT) solutions that deliver value and enable Engineering and Manufacturing & Operations partnerships for greater efficiency.
Lead IT strategic planning and IT implementations, as well as coordinate with other Space sector CIDO Operations teammates supporting day-to-day IT activity across the supported functions.

Coordinate with project teams and resource managers to ensure delivery of requirements are met, changes are documented, and systems are developed, integrated, tested and deployed.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience in support of Software Development, Information Technology, or Engineering and Manufacturing - OR - Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in support of Software Development, Information Technology, or Engineering and Manufacturing.
Proven ability to provide strategic direction regarding IT products, processes, applications and technology.
Experience managing cross functional teams, leading projects, budgets and schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,800.00 - $219,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Testing of each piece of equipment to ensure equipment is set to factory specifications to obtain optimum performance report system problems immediately including solutions and/or recommendations.

Connect video conference calls as needed.
Ensure video or PC is properly displayed.
Maintain inventory of A/V consumables for fixed and portable equipment.
Replace A/V consumables, as necessary.
Ensure media is properly viewed.
Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturers' recommendations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. A well-established heavy civil construction company in the Chicago area is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management teams on infrastructure and public works projects. This position plays a critical role in coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communication between field operations and office staff to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supports Project Managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks
Maintains and organizes project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and meeting minutes
Tracks project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
Coordinates communication between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
Assists with cost tracking, pay applications, and change order documentation
Prepares project reports and status updates
Ensures compliance with safety requirements, project specifications, and company procedures
Assists with project closeout activities and document turnover
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or public works construction preferred
Experience with Earthwork/ Site Utility construction preffered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Work Environment
Mix of office and field-based responsibilities
Regular exposure to active construction sites
Occasional travel within the Chicago metro area

This role will be responsible for the development of site drainage, grading, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation. This role will be within the Governments & Water Utilities (G&Wu) group, supporting client needs related to water, wastewater, linear pipelines, and other water-related solutions. Functions in a project engineering technician capacity. Under general direction, supports engineering and design teams by developing and modifying technical deliverables. Applies foundational engineering principles and established design practices to create moderately complex design concepts and solutions. Utilises digital tools and design software (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. Provides technical guidance and may offer direction to other engineering professionals and technicians to ensure quality and consistency across project outputs.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Applies knowledge of standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, applicable codes, and client policies and procedures.
May review project requirements and accurately determine the correct format and contents of the required deliverables.
Proactively applies the client Quality Program to deliverables. Demonstrates personal accuracy and supports continuous improvement and change management efforts.
Reviews design inputs to ensure consistency. Assists to ensure deliverables are in compliance with the specific codes and standards suitable for the project.

Capable of handling difficult technical assignments within an area of expertise and can provide technical guidance to other professionals.

Qualifications:
Advanced Autodesk Civil 3D is required with the use of pipe/pressure networks, proposed grading surfaces, and plan and profile development.
Must be familiar with plan & profile drawings, alignments, pipe networks, and grading.

Core Responsibilities:
Collections & Customer Service:
Oversee daily collection processes, maintaining ownership of the Accounts Receivable Aging, overdue accounts, AR metrics, and account monitoring for assigned accounts.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue balances, ensuring respectful and solution-oriented interactions.
Address short-paid, overpaid, and duplicate invoices efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities for audit compliance.
Manage and regularly update client addresses and contact information.
Support the escalation process with thorough maintenance of shared workbooks and communication with Customer Operations and Sales Management.
Submit regular updates on collection status, aging reports, and repayment trends.
Consistently deliver exemplary customer service, demonstrating genuine care and respect for others.
Billing Support:
Upload invoices into designated customer portals and manage portal accounts/contacts for assigned clients.
Create credit tickets in the Jira ticketing system and assist with monitoring/updating Proforma invoices within Jira.
Research and resolve discrepancies in cash receipts, including short payments and unapplied cash.
Serve as backup for billing new orders as needed.
Analytical & Compliance Duties:
Support financial audits (including sales tax, workers comp, benefits, etc.) and assist with tax projects related to sales and use tax.
Contribute to inventory valuations and gain understanding of the product billing cycle's impact on inventory transactions.
Assist with documenting accounting processes, data cleanup in Great Plains, and suggest process improvements.
Learn payable transaction processes to provide backup support.
Help process cash transactions (RDS deposits, wires, ACH) and collection metrics.
Requirements
What you need to be successful:
1-2 years experience in accounts receivable, billing, finance, or a related field (beneficial but not required).
Exceptional attention to detail; able to spot inconsistencies and errors with ease.
Analytical, inquisitive approach-actively seeks to understand and improve processes.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proven ability to provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Comfortable learning and leveraging AI/automation tools (e.g., formulas, email communication).
Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains and Jira is a plus.
