The mission of Zoni Learning Center is excellent, but I wouldn't work for them again.
The work/life balance is non-existent. If you ask for a day off, you get reprimanded in some way, even if you ask for it without pay. They will not give you any information on benefits for 3 months, even if you ask. When they finally get them to you, basically they offer you nothing but bad insurance with high costs.
I did learn a lot about Canvas integration, creation in Figma, and instructional design because I was asked to do these jobs. I never once worked in the position which I was hired to do.
The CEO is narcissist and easily offended. He berates his upper management in meetings and seems to be mostly about money at this point. I would never work under his leadership again.
I would hire a CEO who understands today's best business practices and remove Mr. Nieto from his area of influence. Everyone there is afraid of him.
I would not interview here or work for them in any capacity.
The compensation was adequate, but there appears to be zero chance of getting a raise or bonus.
The company is very diverse.
The feeling that I am trusted and the hope of a long-term future with a company that respects my loyalty and committment.
