You will help define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, funnel conversion, enrollment trends, and more. Your work will inform resourcing, compensation, and planning at the leadership level. Drive Strategic Planning and Insight Development: You will lead the development of executive-ready materials that connect financial, operational, and clinical inputs into one clear strategic narrative. This includes pricing strategy, forecasting inputs, segmentation models, and board- or customer-facing presentations. You will help ensure that our internal planning is grounded in real performance data and aligned to the outcomes we promise externally.
