Responsibilities
Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements to delight customers.
Translating customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements and functional requirements for core management systems and services.
Owning, defining and grooming product backlogs, working with development and design teams to drive agile delivery.
Collaborating closely with other productmanagers, productmarketing and multiple cross-functional teams to define and maintain the core management platform roadmap.
Tracking product KPIs and analyze product usage data to identify trends and reveal requirements that can best enable customer happiness.
Being the leading expert on your product by evaluating competitors, understanding industry trends, and collaborating closely with key customers and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
Have a decade(10) of productmanagement experience driving hardware device centric business lines
Track record of positive outcomes driving device centric businesses
Have knowledge and industry experience with existing cloud or premise-based enterprise unified communications platforms is also a great addition.
Have excellent communication skills across all mediums are essential. Influence. Inspire. Simplify. Tell the Story. Drive decisions with focus and clarity.
Have experience in driving enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration products and technologies
Have proficiency with best practices in directory and identity management, security credentialing, group policy administration, and experience with Agile processes and driving Agile/Scrum teams.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to delight customers.
Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements, and functional requirements for core management systems and services.
