Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Facilities/Utilities Engineer who will report to the Associate Director of Global Engineering to support the client facilities capital projects. The Project Engineer shall collaborate with the project team in the investigation, design, construction, commissioning, and document turnover throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a cohesive plan with objective progress reporting, including metrics.
Demonstrates functional/technical proficiency and engages in effective operational and strategic planning
Exhibit strong knowledge in building management system, building electrical system, and HVAC.
Receptive to change - Adapts (quickly) to changing circumstances
B.A., B.S. in Engineering or related discipline with 0-3 years of project management experience.
Motivated to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) manages and maintains the safety of the individuals and staff. Takes vitals and assists individuals in meeting their needs while on the unit by providing exceptional customer service. Documents services provided and significant interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
* Conducts security screening and inventories property of individuals upon admission to the facility. Provides orientation to the Observation Unit and Short-term Inpatient Unit. Educates patients on their rights under ADHS regulations, grievance process, provides expectations, and explains rules and regulations.
* Intervenes with escalated individuals using therapeutic techniques for de-escalation and performs restraints/seclusions when needed to ensure the individual's safety and the safety of others. Completes 1-to-1 on a patient in seclusion or mechanical restraints Q15.
* Lifts, moves, and transports individuals using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention.
* Assists individuals with activities of daily living to include eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
* Conducts and documents individual's vitals and reports all questionable results to the RN/Physician attending the individual. Conducts and documents all BAL, urine drug screens, and urine pregnancy tests.
* Attends court ordered hearings when subpoenaed. Must be willing to be a witness on a petition and available to provide testimony at court ordered hearings.
* Documents all services and significant individual interactions in the Electronic Health Record. Monitors and documents patients Q15.
* Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and designated assigned unit. Performs light cleaning of interior center, collects soiled linen, and launders individuals clothing when needed.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

* 1 year of behavioral health or relevant experience/competency of the job
* Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
* Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques

Your role and responsibilities
The aim of this project is to design de novo proteins that can sense and manipulate the plasma membrane which is critical for cells to execute important physiological functions, e.g., cell motility, endocytosis. In collaboration with the experimentalists, we designed different protein structures and performed preliminary validation using full atom molecular dynamic simulations. In this way, we could assess whether the predicted protein-membrane interactions were capable of driving membrane curvature. After confirming the design's behavior through in-silico simulations, we subsequently validated it using in-vitro experiments.
As a research scientist intern, you will work closely with an assigned mentor and will analyze the already collected data by building your own codes or using standard tools for analyzing trajectories from atomistic simulations. You will contribute to designing the analysis and making improvements to the current status of the project. You will also be expected to contribute to write a research report or paper on your internship project and present your work at internal research meetings and external workshops and/or conferences.

Job Description:
* Review and evaluate startup plans, hazard analyses, and control system Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) documentation to ensure operational readiness and identify risk mitigation requirements

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) manages and maintains the safety of the individuals and staff. Takes vitals and assists individuals in meeting their needs while on the unit by providing exceptional customer service. Documents services provided and significant interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
* Conducts security screening and inventories property of individuals upon admission to the facility. Provides orientation to the Observation Unit and Short-term Inpatient Unit. Educates patients on their rights under ADHS regulations, grievance process, provides expectations, and explains rules and regulations.
* Intervenes with escalated individuals using therapeutic techniques for de-escalation and performs restraints/seclusions when needed to ensure the individual's safety and the safety of others. Completes 1-to-1 on a patient in seclusion or mechanical restraints Q15.
* Lifts, moves, and transports individuals using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention.
* Assists individuals with activities of daily living to include eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
* Conducts and documents individual's vitals and reports all questionable results to the RN/Physician attending the individual. Conducts and documents all BAL, urine drug screens, and urine pregnancy tests.
* Attends court ordered hearings when subpoenaed. Must be willing to be a witness on a petition and available to provide testimony at court ordered hearings.
* Documents all services and significant individual interactions in the Electronic Health Record. Monitors and documents patients Q15.

Associate Facilities Engineer
Description of Job/ Duties and Responsibilities:
(1) Interest in operations and engineering analysis with multiple systems and equipment types found in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Specific interest in operations and engineering in several of the following facilities areas is required:
Electrical and power distribution systems
Control systems and field instruments
Process Exhaust systems and exhaust scrubbers
Clean room HVAC (Makeup Air Units)
Chillers
Boilers
Bulk Gases, Bulk Chemicals
Ultra-pure water systems
Wastewater Treatment Systems
Tool install design and construction
Environmental control equipment
(2) Function as the key Facilities Technician/Engineer for assigned systems. Recommend and implement maintenance schedules, develop system designs and system improvement projects. Work with assigned Facilities Technician(s) to ensure system reliability.
(3) Support daily operations within the Facility Department which includes applying engineering principles to develop solutions for system and equipment operational issues.
(4) Coordinate with Facilities Operations technicians to develop equipment or system improvements/ upgrades.
(5) Collect and analyze facilities system operational data to solve operational issues and/or to develop system performance improvement projects/solutions.
(6) Evaluate Facilities Dept. system operational risk areas and propose solutions and projects to reduce risks and improve system/equipment uptime and robustness.
(7) Support Facilities Technicians with advanced system/equipment troubleshooting knowledge
(8) Work with other Facilities Team members to develop Preventative/Predictive maintenance programs and maintenance task details for Facilities Department equipment and systems
(9) Design and construction of facilities maintenance projects and capital projects including tool install projects.
(10) Develop and implement site sustainability projects that are aligned with Corporate Goals of water reduction, energy reduction, and GHG emissions reductions
(11) Work overtime hours and “off-hours” as needed to support Facilities Department operations and maintenance including holiday shutdowns and weekends.
(12) Other facilities operations and engineering duties as assigned
(13) Ability to work in an industrial plant/facilities environment wearing the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) for hearing, chemical protection and fall protection. Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed for data collection and project planning/execution.
(14) Ability to work in a semiconductor clean room environment and wear the required clean room garments.
(15) Ability to work in collaborative and team focused environment
Required Skills
Ability to apply knowledge of engineering principles to operating Facilities systems to enhance operational reliability and implement improvements. This position will work under the direction of the Sr. Facilities Engineers.
Education
AS in engineering field (electronics, mechanical, control systems, etc.) or a BS/MS in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Req Type: Graduate JobRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the time The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $54,400 to $74,800.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors
This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
