The intern will research and assess current data cataloging and metadata capabilities at Zoox (including platforms such as Databricks and other internal tools), identify gaps and opportunities, and help articulate how these capabilities can better support the organization. In addition, the intern will contribute to foundational data education efforts, helping document and socialize core concepts such as data management, data governance, data lineage, data quality, and data ownership across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms and the opportunity to influence how teams discover, understand, and trust data.
