* You will provide investigative expertise to support a variety of cross-functional internal Meta clients - headquarters and regional offices - within the Meta Company for threat assessment and investigations purposes with the goal of supporting the safety and security of our people, assets, and reputation

The ADDC is seeking a part-time Investigator to join our Special Investigations Division. The Investigator conducts complex and highly sensitive internal and external investigations in support of protecting both corporate assets and personnel. The investigator will be responsible for investigating financial losses, potential insider threats, threats made towards corporate personnel, and possible criminal activity. Independently conducts investigations both virtually and in the field by devising, organizing, and executing effective strategies related to interviewing complainants, subjects/ suspects, and various types of witnesses, and obtaining, documenting, and reviewing other factual evidence and records (i.e., surveillance video, personnel records and files, public records, etc.) in order to reach supportable findings and conclusions.
Gathers, analyzes, correlates, and thoroughly evaluates observed facts and evidence including interview statements, personnel files and records, public records, supervisory documentation, use-of-force reviews, surveillance footage, and sensitive records
Obtains information concerning the whereabouts of witnesses by locating and interviewing employers, public agencies, families, neighbors, and others; accessing the internet and information databases (e.g., TLOxp, PACER, Department of Motor Vehicle records), and records of other partners and agencies in order to complete an investigation.

Qualifications

The Dispute Investigator I is responsible for researching disputed data of criminal and eviction databases derived from inquiries from consumers and clients of RealPage Screening. Research will consist of significant online research, verifying data with court personnel via phone, queries of SQL databases, and communicating disputed information to data providers. Analytical and results- driven personality required. Informative decisions will need to be made to determine if the disputed information is inaccurate in content, or identity. The Dispute Investigator will need to document investigative findings and effectively communicate results in a timely manner well within FCRA Regulation.
Responsibilities
Investigating consumer disputes and client inquiries of public record data reported by RealPage Screening, with an emphasis on court research.
Analyzing court documents and case information and comparing information to criminal and eviction databases.
Contact appropriate agencies, e.g. courthouse, district attorney's office, sheriff's office, and recorder's office as needed to confirm public record information.
Conduct review to ensure cases are up-to-date and reflect any changes located in the docket.
Utilizing databases and online resources to determine consumer identification and relationship to reported records.
Updating database lookup tables to ensure the necessary changes are made to data resulting from investigation findings.
Communicating with data providers disputed information and following up with them on completing investigations they perform for us.
Ensure investigations are completed in a timely manner any changes submitted to data teams and meet all FCRA regulated guidelines.
Assist in quality assurance of criminal and eviction updates when needed.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of criminal and/or civil court structure and function.
1-2 years of background screening experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Investigative and analytical skills required to acquire public record information.
Experience in a high-volume environment preferred.

About This Role
We're looking for an Employment Investigator to join our Employment Investigations team. This role reports to the Director of Employment Investigations and leads investigations into potential legal and policy violations. Drawing on your knowledge of employment law and strong investigative skills, you'll handle sensitive issues with care and empathy and help foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.
You'll work closely with senior investigators, Legal, and HR Business Partners to ensure investigations are handled with care, rigor, and integrity. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational investigations experience and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Lead and conduct thorough, objective, and timely investigations into employee concerns, including allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other policy violations.
Execute investigations with rigor and adhere to gold standard practices, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to investigative best practices.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and empathy in all interactions.
Adhere to protocols for gathering and preserving information, documentation, and report writing.
Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent data in case management systems to ensure integrity and reliability of investigation records.
Develop investigation plans, interview parties and witnesses, assess evidence, and prepare clear and comprehensive investigation reports.
Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior investigators and collaborate closely with Legal and other cross-functional partners.

A JD degree and 5+ years of experience as an employment or workplace investigations attorney, or in another in-house investigations role, or working on complex employee relations issues. Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Functional Chief Engineer (FCE) Office is looking for Enterprise Human Factors Investigators who are interested in working a wide variety of challenging special projects and initiatives across each of the Boeing business units and who are passionate about helping drive the strategic direction of the HFE function across the Boeing Company. This job posting represents two positions that will report directly to the Technical Strategy Leader for the HFE function - one position is expected to have deep focus on Boeing flight decks, with the other covering a broad array of human-factors projects across Boeing's 3 business units, spanning the entire product lifecycle.
This is a high-visibility role with technical assignments that directly support the HFE FCE Office's priorities and the business needs of the Boeing Company. You will support the Technical Strategy Leader in developing and executing strategic initiatives while partnering with the Functional Chief Engineer and Senior Technical Fellows (STFs) to monitor emerging technical issues across the company and identify those requiring HFE action.
The applicant will choose projects to lead in consultation with the FCE leadership and STFs; research the issues both within Boeing and in the broader aerospace industry; propose solutions; and then work with the applicable Boeing programs to develop them to the point at which they can be handed off.
Successful candidates will have previously demonstrated success in developing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders outside of their immediate organization at multiple levels of leadership and show a strong track record of performing a wide variety of HFE tasks at the highest level of excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Define and execute special projects and initiatives in Human Factors as directed by the HFE FCE Office
Perform detailed investigations in a wide variety of topics to ensure Boeing product safety and quality
Manage relationships with HFE teams embedded in business units and foster relationships with business unit leaders to help build a stronger HFE capability across the Boeing Company
Track emerging engineering issues across the enterprise and assess the need for HFE involvement
Provide expert technical guidance on high profile in-work projects that have human factors relevance and enterprise impact
Provide input on the development of functional business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives for the HFE function
Develop and execute initiatives that provide strategic direction for the HFE function
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3 or more years' leading HFE or HFE-related initiatives and/or projects
Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience presenting to multiple levels of leadership
