What You'll Do

As an Office Services Administrator, you will take ownership of a variety of office services tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Seattle office.

ABOUT YOU
AI product management experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a relevant field
* 8-10 years of product experience
* Deep product intuition paired with a bias for validation and iteration
* Experience building products related to the Commercial Excellence Solution
* Ability to clearly translate technical concepts, priorities, trade-offs for non-technical audiences
* Strong storytelling skills: you can rally a team, align stakeholders, and inspire users
* Experience building with LLMs or other AI tools

* Ability to structure and lead complex business research and analysis in fast-paced environment, as well as the skills to drive to pragmatic business insights

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bain's best-in-class benefits package (details listed below).

The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
* In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($188,500-230,500).
* In Boston, Los Angeles, Washington DC and Washington State, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($206,500-252,500).
* In Atlanta, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($179,500-219,500).
* In Chicago, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($197,500-241,500).
* In New York City, San Francisco and Silicon Valley CA, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($224,500-274,500).
Placement within each range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, training, and skill level.
