About The Role The System Test Specialist supports test technicians in troubleshooting complex failures and escalating technical work inhibitors. The specialist will support either server level test or rack level test processes based on team needs. The specialist engages with technicians, engineers and program managers of direct and support functional teams. The specialist role requires a balance of team work, communication and strong technical skills to provide critical support to their team. Reporting to the VP, Customer Operation, the Sr Supplier Quality & Reliability Manager will lead a team of technical resources responsible for supplier quality. What You Will Do Serve as the primary point of contact for internal support requests through platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira. Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and operating system issues across Windows, mac OS, and Linux environments. About the Role The Trade Compliance Manager will lead a small team compliance analysts while remaining actively involved in day-to-day trade compliance operations. This role is responsible for overseeing global import and export compliance, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, and optimizing tariff and freight cost strategies. The manager will drive process improvements, implement internal controls, and provide strategic insights to support our multinational supply chain operations. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Management Manage and mentor a small team of Trade Compliance Analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate compliance activities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance excellence. Operational Responsibilities Oversee and participate in record-keeping for import/export filings and day-to-day compliance activities. Supervise classification processes for Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Schedule B, and Harmonized System Codes (HSC) to ensure compliant imports/exports and maximize duty savings. Understand trade restrictions on items under regulatory control, classify ECCN, obtain import/export license as considered necessary Manage post-entry corrections and ensure proper record maintenance. Develop and monitor reporting metrics for internal audits, clearance accuracy, duty, tax, and compliance visibility. Lead corrective action plans resulting from audits and compliance issues. Review and audit documentation for import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and identifying duty drawback opportunities. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Coordinate import of material using small package carriers, motor freight, and forwarders that were awarded TDK contract for air and sea shipments. About the Role In this position, the Principal Validation Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor to electrical, firmware and platform level validation of ZT server platforms running Microsoft Windows and Linux O/Ss. What You'll Do As a Test Engineering Technician in the Production Test Engineering organization, you will play a dual role: providing hands-on support for our test operations and developing test packages. You'll be part of a cross-functional team ensuring smooth factory operations and driving test continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining manufacturing test packages to verify product functionality and compliance with customer specifications (such as BOM and FW) and production requirements. * Providing direct support to production during a unique weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:45 PM) to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test packages, test software, IT infrastructure, network and customer-owned tests. * Coordinating test readiness efforts, including tracking requirements, schedules, and actions to ensure timely delivery. * Validating customer manufacturing test releases and debugging issues to maintain high-quality standards. * Collaborating closely with engineering and factory teams to ensure test solutions meet both technical and operational needs. This role is ideal for technicians who want to grow into test package development while staying closely connected to production support. You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in custom-built servers and advanced solutions for cloud compute, storage, and AI. What you Bring Required: * High school diploma * 2+ years of technician experience * Basic knowledge of computer architecture, networking, and storage * Ability to debug hardware/software issues in a production environment Preferred: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline * Experience with software development * Strong documentation skills * Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and tools ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $39,000 and $53,820. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications. Job Description In this position, the Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of new server platforms from concept to launch. Your team will design, define and implement complex system requirements, determine system specifications, I/O processes and working parameters. Responsibilities and Essential Functions • Determine system specifications, I/O processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. • Coordinate the design of subsystems and the integration of the total system. • Develop overall server and system product configuration. • Work as part of a cross-functional team to take product from concept through prototype and into production. • Optimize system performance and resolve performance problems. • Ensure the manufacturability, reliability and serviceability of designs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Good understanding of x-86 system architecture • Proficient technical knowledge and expert in Platform execution. • Understanding of System level server platforms and how each component interacts with the system. • Board level development skills. • Good understanding of hardware and system software interactions, and ability to apply this knowledge to resolve technical issues.
