Reporting to the VP, Customer Operation, the Sr Supplier Quality & Reliability Manager will lead a team of technical resources responsible for supplier quality. This key ‘in the trenches' leadership position will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations and activities of the Supplier Quality and Reliability team while developing its people and continuously improving its processes. The Services Operations Senior Manager is responsible for managing deliverables for the services team, including coordinating parts and labor dispatches, identifying opportunities, new product requirements, materials planning, significant customer issues and staying engaged in customer development. The Services Operations Senior Manager will work with multiple senior-level hardware engineers & managers, and other engineering teams to define, scope, and implement projects into a customer environment. The role requires heavy tactical coordination, working across technical, production, supply chain, and logistics through to customer delivery, while staying aligned with high level strategy. Responsibilities and Essential Functions Collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, translating those requirements into functional, technical and resource deliverables, leading consensus amongst engineering, technical, supply chain, and customer-facing teams with competing priorities and limited resources. What You'll Bring · Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred). · Minimum 10 years related experience required, · Minimum 6 years of management experience (direct and indirect) · Proven ability to lead and motivate teams · Experience designing and deploying common-sense based solutions · Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. · Design and Deploy IT Policy and Procedures Company-wide · Lead processes throughout all phases of ITIL Service Lifecycle, including submitting Change Requests · Capable of performing Desktop/Laptop Support. · Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel). · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Solid understanding of Information security, disaster recovery and Business Continuity. · Advanced knowledge of project development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation. · Must have good understanding of the latest network, server, software solutions and technologies including cloud computing, virtualization, Microsoft tools, etc. · Must have knowledge of LAN and WAN. · Must have experience managing people and a service help desk including improving and redesigning work flows to improve and better utilize resources. · Excellent documentation and communication skills and ability work with team members. · Strong analytical and software abilities, with knowledge of enterprise development tools and techniques. · Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
