A Typical Day...
Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you'll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. Using your people management experience and passion for helping people, you'll provide leadership to the customer-centric teams in the offices you manage to accelerate their seasonal tax business.

Kalman & Company Inc. is seeking a full-time Process Line Team Lead to supervise production teams and ensure daily operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This position is critical to maintaining a high-performing production environment and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Applicants must be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow all safety and conduct rules, and comply with company policies. Some physical activity and extended periods of standing may be required.
II. Specific Duties
Provide daily guidance and supervision to production staff.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and coach team members.
Ensure production goals are met on schedule.
Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance.
Optimize workflow and implement efficiency improvements.
Coordinate material and resource flow to meet production needs by use of established Warehouse Management System(s) (WMS).
Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Monitor product consistency and address defects or process issues.
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
Report and monitor health and safety incidents.
Manage setup and changeover efficiency on the production line.
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Quality Assurance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance processes.
Act as a liaison between production teams and management.
Maintain accurate production metrics and performance records by use of established WMS.
Provide daily updates and collaborate with other departments.
Train new team members on processes, procedures, and safety.
Conduct cross-training to build team versatility.
Minimum Required Education / Qualifications
Candidates MUST:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a High School diploma or GED.
Have experience in production or manufacturing environments.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work on their feet for up to 8 hours a day in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance with 6-month re-verification.
Be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Education / Qualifications
Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.

The role
