I am a collaborative, data-driven technology and operations executive who develops transparent, fun, and empowered teams and delivers first-rate results for the organizations I serve. As a 20+ year veteran in establishing and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives, I am proficient in software architecture, cloud and IT operations, data architecture and analytics, agile processes, business development, and people management.

I am the CTO at Zubie - a leading connected car IoT and big data platform providing insights that power business enterprises with real-time information about vehicles and drivers. Our solutions are tailored for the rental, insurance and fleet industries.

Prior to joining Zubie, I was the VP of Technology and Operations at Insite Software. I had the privilege of mobilizing exceptionally technical teams to build, operate, and support an industry-leading SaaS software platform. Insite's flagship product, InsiteCommerce, is globally recognized as a leading B2B commerce application by Forrester Research and Gartner.

Prior to joining Insite Software, I served on the executive leadership team at TIES, a non-profit education technology collaborative. During my 12 years at TIES, I pioneered the development of several successful SaaS platforms and programs for the education management market. Most notably, FeePay - a national education payment platform I founded and launched - won several accolades including a Tekne Award and a Pinnacle Award.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Northwestern University.

For over 19 years, I have led sales, operations, business development, marketing and product development initiatives for companies of different sizes; from established privately owned businesses to thriving new venture capital start-ups. I am adept at managing change in terms of business structure and culture. My target organization is innovative, tech-savvy, and has annual revenues between $2M to $50M.

My talents lie in developing staff to lead and execute programs that generate exponential revenue growth. Have a keen eye for what will work for each organization after a deep dive analysis of organization. Quick learner of multiple industries with an ability to learn from each one and immediately implement processes for growth. I am a hands-on leader who is not afraid to get into the the day-to-day with the team.

Mostly, I believe that cultivating relationships with our clients, our teams, and our stakeholders is what makes a business most successful, and I strive to establish trust and deliver honest and expeditious work to those I serve.

I am open to both full time employment opportunities and contract work. Travel and relocation are not an issue.
