As president and co-founder of Zumasys, Inc., Paul Giobbi has led his company to become one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the US, appearing on the Inc. 5000 seven times. In just over a decade, Paul and his team have grown Zumasys into a $25+ million cloud computing provider. Since starting Zumasys, Paul has maintained a relentless focus on culture and social responsibility. His innovative employee programs, such as the Zumasys International Travel Incentive and Happyness Is a Choice, have garnered numerous awards and nominations, including: ComputerWorld’s 100 Best Places to Work in IT for 2015; Orange County Business Journal’s Best Places to Work four years in a row (2012-2015); and Orange County Register Top Work Places 2013 & 2014. In 2013, OC Register also awarded Paul the Leadership Medallion Award and named Zumasys #1 in Social Responsibility. Paul was born into the legacy computing market. He started his career at age 11 in a family business that produced tradeshows and magazines for the Pick MultiValue database. By 30, he built a successful division at Jones Business Systems (JBS), which became the largest distributor for Pick Systems (now Rocket Software). In 2000, Paul and his partner split from JBS to form Zumasys. Paul soon saw an opportunity to drive higher value for customers in the niche of hosting custom applications and legacy ERP systems. In 2006, Paul launched the Zumasys Cloud. Now in its 5th generation, the Zumasys Cloud platform is hosted out of the 407,000-square-foot SuperNAP data center in Las Vegas. In 2015, Zumasys acquired jBASE, a powerful database that allows customers to preserve decades of custom MultiValue programs but without a restrictive legacy virtual machine, which means applications take full advantage of the modern features found in the underlying operating system. As Zumasys’ Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jennifer plays a key role in the success and daily operations of the company. Working closely with Zumasys President Paul Giobbi, Jennifer is responsible for executing the organization’s strategic plan and aligning personnel with the company’s goals through coaching and recognition programs.

Jennifer oversees the day-to-day activities of several departments, including Finance, Accounting, and Billing; and Human Resources. Jennifer’s focus on recruiting the best technical talent in the industry is a personal passion and a key ingredient of Zumasys’ culture.
