Co-founded and worked as Chief Technology Officer at Sakonnet Technology, he oversees all aspects of product development, before co-founding Zwift in 2014. He is a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers (IRT), a non-profit organization dedicated to recruiting talented undergraduates into the field of teaching. IRT is affiliated with Phillips Academy at Andover.

Zwift VP Engineering & Operations Vice President of Product Delivery at Sakonnet Technology, later working as Vice President and Senior Engineer of Technology at Goldman Sachs, before joining Zwift in 2017.

Zwift VP Marketing Executive at BSkyB, responsible for managing the UK's largest media budget and overseeing Sky's investment in cycling. More recently a partner in the creation of ground breaking international cycling events, including RideLondon & La Course by Le Tour de France, before joining Zwift in 2015.

Lee studied at UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL.
