In this role you can be expected to do the following:
ZWILLING product demonstrations focused on driving sales and brand awareness.
Answer customers' questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event.
Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event.
Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (set-up, break down, and restocking demo booths).
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required for this role.
Skills for success in Event Sales roles:
Consumer goods and services sales experience.
Roadshow experience to present products.
Experience in direct or pitch style sales ideal.

Schedule and Pay, Bonus and Commission Structure:
· Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm-10:30pm).
· Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days).
· Monday-Friday: 10-12 hours per day.
· Saturday-Sunday: 8-11 hours per day.
· Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm - 8:30pm)

Hours may vary based on roadshow location or during holiday seasons.
Option to work one roadshow/month or two roadshows/month (At least 3 ½ days off between roadshows)
All positions commence part-time and may shift to full-time, in certain markets, following both time and sales goals achievement.
Compensation includes:
Base Hourly pay plus applicable overtime.

Purpose of Role
The Stock Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by maximizing selling potential through ensuring the efficient and effective flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for delivering on all aspects of stockroom standard operating procedures (SOP/Retail Operations Manual) and achieving the brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising and cycle counts. Purpose of Role

Position Highlights
Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
