Flexible schedule

Manager of my group won’t promote as promised, someone on my team has been working at SR level and the manager will not promote because of his ego. He changes process often and then belittles the team for not following process even though new process is not clearly communicated, manager bullies and picks on employees that speak their mind. Terrible micromanagement, so much so that employees quit monthly if not weekly.

Most of the employees are great the atmosphere is great until said manager decided to have an ego and become a bully.
