Here's where you would come in: The Player Success Org (PSO), tasked with improving player engagement and managing a healthy relationship with our most valued players, is a critical function to the day-to-day operations of Zynga. What You'll Do:
Work with large amounts of data to find opportunities to improve the player experience and present insights on optimal VIP outreach strategies, by finding statistical causation between campaigns, sweepstakes, outreach programs across various regions, demographics, and channels
Develop clear narratives from data using visualization tools that capture VIP engagement & health, player support, and campaign stats.
Extend support to the Player Support team to identify improvement opportunities in customer satisfaction, while optimizing for internal costs.
Collaborate with game analysts and product managers to better quantify the impact of PSO's campaigns on overall game performance and find opportunities to improve VIP engagement by leveraging in-game and external synergy
Provide adhoc support to account managers and senior stakeholders in measuring the effectiveness of off-beat campaigns, joint collaborations, and sweepstakes
What You Bring:
Fluent in SQL; Intermediate experience with programming in Python
Adept in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau
Experience in CRM or sales analytics is helpful
Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: data mining, optimization, experimental design, computational analytics, and reporting

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between 71,400 and 105,660 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Position Overview
As a Senior Player Support Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and execution of live support operations for a selection of assigned Zynga game titles. You will drive performance to achieve core service metrics by maintaining service levels, measuring and improving player satisfaction and customer experience, and overseeing vendor operations and team performance. You will become a game expert for select Zynga titles and will support our Game Studios and internal partner teams in the delivery of the best customer experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities

Apply and implement best practices and proven strategies tactically across products.
Leverage available tools and resources including support reference materials, CRM automations and analytics tools to design and implement informed support strategies that drive efficient, high quality support for your players
Manage game-specific support strategies in collaboration with the wider Player Support Team.
Lead and manage a team of vendor player support agents, focusing on issue resolution, motivation, and positive team culture.

Act as a role model, adhering to and living company values, and providing timely feedback and issue resolution.
Develop game expertise and advocate for the games your team supports, serving as the primary point of contact for game-related inquiries.

The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,400 and $116,020 per year.
The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,700 and $112,060 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Position Overview
As the Director, Product Marketing you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy & execution for Zynga's Casual Games with a focus on Words with Friends, Harry Potter Puzzles & Spells, and new projects yet to be announced. WHAT YOU'LL TAKE ON
Network Architecture & Operations:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across data centers and offices.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot complex routing protocols, with expert-level proficiency in BGP for our WAVE (100G, 10G, 1G), Ethernet, DIA and MPLS circuits.
Manage and optimize network devices including Arista switches, Meraki access switches, access points, and MX VPN devices.
Work extensively with Silverpeak (Aruba HP EdgeConnect) SD-WAN solutions, ensuring optimal application performance and network efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to evaluate, select, and optimize connectivity products for maximum network resiliency.
Possess a strong background in cloud networking concepts and connectivity within public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Security & Firewalls:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including Panorama management.
Possess a deep understanding of all Palo Alto software features (e.g., App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, WildFire, GlobalProtect, SD-WAN, etc.) and best practices for configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
Lead and execute software upgrades, ensure patch management, and maintain the security posture of our firewall environment.
Load Balancing & Application Delivery:
Manage and optimize F5 BIG-IP LTM/ASM/APM devices for application delivery, load balancing, and security.
Network Automation & Scripting:
Drive the adoption and implementation of network automation initiatives, leveraging programming skills (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) to streamline network operations, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain scripts and tools to enhance network efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational agility.
Champion best practices in network programmability and contribute to the team's ongoing development in this area.
Wireless Network Management:
Design, deploy, and maintain a highly functioning and resilient wireless environment using Meraki access points, ensuring optimal coverage, performance, and security for all users.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Utilize and optimize network monitoring tools, specifically Checkmk, to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve network performance issues and outages.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex network incidents across various platforms.
Mentorship & Collaboration:
Act as a mentor and technical lead for junior network engineers, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering their professional growth.

On-Call Support:
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week primary, 1 week backup) to provide 24/7 support for critical network infrastructure.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in large-scale enterprise network engineering, with a significant portion in a senior or principal role.
Expert-level proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama), including advanced features and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with BGP routing in a global multi-circuit environment.
Strong experience with Arista EOS and Meraki network devices (switches, APs, MX).
Demonstrated experience with Silverpeak (Aruba HP EdgeConnect) SD-WAN.
