What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years in data science or analytics roles.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per Year.
The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $77,100 and $114,120 per Year.

Position Overview
As a Senior Player Support Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and execution of live support operations for a selection of assigned Zynga game titles. The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,400 and $116,020 per year.

Responsibilities
* Prove new AI based creative workflows: Rapidly prototype AI enabled image/video/audio pipelines, run technical validations, and draft playbooks for creative and production teams.

Qualifications
* 8+ Years experience with production content creation (images, videos, etc...), 2+ years integrating AI into content production
