At Authentix, he managed a global P&L, conducting business on five continents in more than 25 countries. Stamm also spearheaded the company’s entry into the currency authentication business, providing security feature solutions to six of the leading central banks in the world. In 2008, he led the sale of the company to The Carlyle Group and J.H. Whitney. Before joining Authentix, Stamm served as CFO of CareerBuilder (formerly Headhunter.net / Nasdaq: HHNT). As part of the CareerBuilder leadership team, Stamm helped build the company into one of the nation’s leading internet human capital solutions companies. In 2001, he led the sale of the company to the Chicago Tribune and Knight Ridder.
