I have a passion for building world-class operational capabilities in VC and PE backed SaaS companies. I specialize in creating high performing product and product development teams and also bring operational expertise to the rest of the organizations. I build teams that foster creativity, ensure accountability, and create a lasting desirable culture while improving profitability and driving revenue.

Scott Rudy is the Chief Revenue Officer at Zywave. He joined Zywave in December of 2020. Rudy oversees the company’s sales, marketing, services and support functions.

Rudy has extensive sales and leadership experience at various high-profile tech companies, most recently serving as chief sales officer of Paycor, a leading HR software provider. There he worked closely with insurance brokers and HCM service providers to establish a successful thought leadership and referral program, strengthening channel relationships, growing revenue and expanding Paycor’s network at a national level. Rudy’s prior experience includes leadership positions at leading tech companies specializing in front-office applications, such as Salesforce and SAVO, as well as innovative software providers SAP and PTC, and more than a decade of service in the U.S. Army.

Heather joined Zywave in 2021 and leads the services and support organization delivering excellence and innovation to Zywave partners as the Chief Customer Officer. Her experience in scaling services and support delivery in global organizations makes her an ideal leader for Zywave. She has a lengthy track record leading the customer journey for a variety of software companies, most recently the customer success officer at Alfresco. Earlier in her career, she served as both vice president of customer success and vice president of global partnerships at SDL, where she created new customer success methods and expanded operations into emerging markets. Throughout her career, Heather has succeeded in positions that align with Zywave’s goals and vision for the future.
