This prompted our exploration of which institutions in Nevada are most successful in equipping their graduates for employment. Utilizing data from IPEDS and College Scorecard, we compiled a list of the top colleges for jobs in Nevada.

How We Determined the Best Schools in Nevada for Jobs
Using College Scorecard Data, we identified the colleges in Nevada with the highest job placement ratings, focusing specifically on employment rates ten years post-graduation.
Our analysis was confined to six public and non-profit four-year institutions in Nevada that offer at least a bachelor’s degree.
Each college was ranked from highest to lowest based on the percentage of graduates who secured employment. To enhance clarity, ratings were rounded to two decimal places.
With the highest percentage of employed graduates, the University of Nevada-Reno earned the title of ‘Best College for Jobs in Nevada.’
