Chris Kolmar is a co-founder of Zippia and the editor-in-chief of the Zippia Career Advice Blog. His career has spanned over 10 years hiring in several fields and industries. He’s the main data analyst behind the research team and his research has been featured on the New York Times, Thrillist, VOX, The Atlantic, and a host of local news.
Chris is a graduate of Pomona College with a degree in Mathematical Economics.
Matthew Zane is the lead editor of Zippia’s How To Get A Job Guides. He is a teacher, writer, and world-traveler that wants to help people at every stage of the career life cycle. His team has helped to answer questions for job seekers through every phase of the job search.
He completed his masters in American Literature from Trinity College Dublin and BA in English from the University of Connecticut.
Kathy was previously the head of content at Zippia and now consults on content ideation and direction. Her research has been featured on the WSJ, FastCompany, and the LATimes. She is frequently interviewed for her research by local media and has been an expert for the WSJ and LA Times, among others.
Prior to joining Zippia, Kathy worked at Gateway Blend growing audiences across diverse brands. She graduated from Troy University with a degree in Social Science Education.
Taylor Berman is a key contributor to the Zippia content team in charge of editing, fact checking, and maintaining content relevance over time. She enjoys writing articles that help people with their job search and creating stories that inspire people.
