Primary Duties: Responsible for the efficient setup of all equipment to be delivered to customer locations. Ensure proper documentation of accessories, supplies and equipment serialization. Troubleshoot failures and repairs for copier/fax/duplicators equipment. Excellent ability to work through remote applications i.e. email, google scan, remote data entry. Able to multitask data entry update and enter all new information regarding installation and delivery calls. Ability to drive a box truck, extended drive time to exceed 2 hours one way. Meet all installation/ delivery deadlines. Work within a team and customer focus culture. Physical Demands: Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work of this class. Must be able to travel within company service area on a daily basis to various customer sites by automobile or truck or to approved training locations via company authorized transportation. Prepares Journal Entries and make necessary corrections Provide support for formal month-end and year-end close processes Assist in maintaining chart of accounts and keeping books up to date and secure Collaborate with other team members to complete duties as needed Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger Maintain and Reconcile A/R aging report on weekly basis Reconcile purchase orders and AP Aging Report Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
