Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing material adheres to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
* Assist shipping & receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders

Job Description:

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work packages are efficiently processed through initiation, planning, execution, control and closure for every aircraft visit with emphasis on quality and accuracy of the finished product. Daily involvement with each assigned project to have the most accurate status of the aircraft. Plan and price customer work packages and programs for labor and materials requirements. Create, update, and monitor production schedules and milestones. Create and update program billing groups as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Effectively coordinate all aspects of package preparation to ensure all five phases of package development are completed efficiently on-time and accurate.
* Estimate customer supplied work packages and programs for individual skills and identify the material and tooling requirements. Determine cumulative program cost for labor hours by skill.
* Prepare work package to go to production booth as follows:
* Create billing group matrix for cost accounting to support customer and AerSale billing requirements.
* Enter individual work cards into Pentagon System with job description, estimated man-hour requirements by skill and any customer card references as necessary.
* Produce paperwork with bar codes or attach bar code labels to customer paperwork for labor and material tracking.
* Research all technical reference data needed to accomplish work cards and attach to work deck where applicable.
* Develop aircraft master phasing chart listing all work cards to be completed by day for each check and above project and provide a master flowchart to support the plan.
* Update chart weekly on production floor for completed and rescheduled tasks, additional milestone (major discrepancies), departure date, etc., as input is provided by aircraft maintenance management personnel.
* Provide aircraft post-departure analytical report as required to show each projects performance criteria.
* Assist management in forecasting all manpower, facility, tooling, and material requirements using customer provided work scopes.
* Schedule pre-induction meetings for all Maintenance and other support staff as necessary to provide an overview of each project's work scope.
* Maintain a lesson learned file for each project.
* Turn over to production a complete work package which consists of pre-dock and contract review, work package, manpower requirements, tooling and material requirements and all appropriate technical data attached.
* Understand and be able to accomplish the functions of all other members in the Planning office.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Programs and can read and understand Aircraft manuals and drawings.
* Assist management with forecasting all manpower, facility, tooling and material requirements using customer provided work scopes.
* Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft related scheduling and maintenance packages.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) year's aircraft planning/pricing and proficient in A.D. research
* Four (4) years' commercial aircraft experience.
* Computer use: PC and mainframe, must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Project.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Job Description:
Job Summary: The Team Lead is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing personnel and delivery of quality aircraft/product on time. The Team Lead prioritizes all work to be accomplished during a specific shift and forecasting the next 24 hours. He/She performs work within budgeted time within AerSale, FAA and the customers' standards or quality. His/her responsibilities include set-up of the oncoming shift in terms of the job assignments that he/she coordinates with the off-going team on his/her specific shift to create a smooth transition during shift changes. The Team Lead also helps develop and maintain project budgets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain attendance records, monitor performance, complete proficiency appraisals, audit and approve weekly work records of assigned crew.
* Evaluate vacation requests against scheduling I manpower requirements and respond as needed.
* Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and other to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the Company Team Member Safety Manual.
* Maintain and track budgets as set by Project Manager.
* Communicate problem areas and resolve conflicts and discrepancies.
* Perform any disciplinary actions required within assigned work group in compliance with established guidelines.
* Attend meetings as needed to discuss critical path areas, planned work, critical parts, and overall aircraft status.
* Interact with Project Manager to set and prioritize daily activities and set aircraft delivery schedule.
* Coordinate with the Planning Department to establish project schedule(s), set goals, and establish budget(s).
* Organize and set-up aircraft work package in booth according to project schedule.
* Assist Project Manager in coordinating with all support groups to ensure they are supporting the aircraft schedule.
* Coordinate with the inspection Department during the primary inspection phase to ensure the plan is followed and during delivery to ensure paperwork accountability.
* Monitor budget daily to ensure the budget is being maintained. Review tallied operations daily for completion, overruns, parts usage daily, and closes items as required.
* Prepare financial overviews for the Project Manager and DOM-trend analysis on delivery costs, safety, quality, and cycle time.
* Assist Project Manager in billing the service order within the five (S) day goal after the aircraft departure.
* Perform periodic toolbox inspections.
* Monitor confined space compliance.
* Monitor LOTO procedures for compliance.
* Ensure all PM & FAA regulations are adhered to.
* Participate in aircraft investigations to help find root causes and develop corrective actions.
* Complete accident investigation and follow-up as needed.
* Perform periodic in-process audits of assigned crew.
* Meet with Leads daily to maintain detailed shift turnover.
* Ensure that technical training is provided to employees as needed.
* Ensure mechanics are using correct reference data to perform maintenance tasks.
* Ensure all required parts are ordered and tracked.
* Provide the Project Manager with accurate data, estimates, and assist with the planning of projects.
Education and Experience:
* Aviation I Business Degree or equivalent aviation experience preferred.
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* Five (5) + years' experience performing as an accomplished aircraft mechanic with progression of responsibilities or have previous Production Supervisory experience.
* A&P License Required
Skills and Abilities:
* Advanced computer skills (knowledge of MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel) are preferred.
* Capable of interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish a specific task.
* Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills and be able to interact with a wide variety of people.

* Perform wet layup using various epoxy resins and fiber fabrics.
* Mixing of epoxy resins in appropriate ratios, vacuum bagging and curing procedures.
* Must be efficient in the use and application of tools, gauges, instruments, etc. necessary for the accomplishment of duties assigned.
* Must have an understanding and working knowledge of hazardous material handling and disposal as related to the job assignment.
* Must have minimum required sheet metal tools.
* Be able to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and Maintenance Manuals in performance of assigned duties.

Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform such typical maintenance operations such as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal and reinstallation.
* Repair, modify, replace, or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
* Know various types of aircraft sealant and appropriate method application for sealant as well as aircraft fasteners and basic methods of installation and suitable substitutions.
* Fabricate parts as required and have knowledge of metal and alloys and where substitutes may be used.
* Layout and perform complex structural repairs that are addressed in the repair manuals and engineering documents
Education and Experience:
* Experienced with Maintenance Manuals, illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents
* Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess the Company operating certification.
