Responsibilities Responsibilities include leading school assemblies and presentations, providing service to schools on-site and remotely, helping with email campaigns, scheduling recruitment and planning meetings with schools, and performing data entry and donation processing within established standards and policies. To provide excellent customer service, this position involves extensive travel throughout the assigned territory with an average of 40 school site visits each week. This temporary role is anticipated to continue through May 2026. How you will contribute A Registered Nurse Intern II who excels in this role will: Assist the nursing staff in preparing the patient for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment. Completes proper reporting when there is an abnormal occurrence. Provide input to the RN to update care plans and meet individual patient needs. Observe patients and report changes in the patient's condition to the nursing staff. Provides daily patient care, e.g., bathing, peri-care, personal care, and clothing changes. What we are looking for The RN Intern II assists with patient care specific to the age of the patient population served. The RNI-II provides quality care in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. He/she remains flexible in adapting to changing systems and is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, treating staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
