- Ability and willingness to travel independently to any regional job site
- Ability and willingness to join collective bargaining unit
- Must be able to move materials and equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds
- Repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation required
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, ladder and stair climbing, twisting are a must to perform the basic functions of the job
- Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Must be willing to take and pass a drugscreen and background check
- Must be able to meet or exceed daily quotas
- Must have the ability to work long hours
- Must meet or exceed our quality standards
- Maintain a clean jobsite, pick up all tools and equipment and secure jobsite each day
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
