TechSource is seeking a highly capable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to serve as a central operational anchor for our Los Alamos office and a trusted right hand to the SVP of Operations, West. This role blends executive-level administrative support with full ownership of the office environment and daily operations.
This position goes beyond traditional office management. You will ensure leaders can focus on strategic priorities while the office, schedules, systems, and details operate smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. As a full-time Office Manager / Executive Assistant for TechSource, you will support the SVP West Operations in the Los Alamos Program Management Office (PMO) and serve as a key point of contact for visitors and staff. This role combines executive administrative support with office management and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include managing calendars and schedules, booking travel, processing expense reports and PII, coordinating office space, and assisting visitors. This is a full-time, onsite role in the TechSource Los Alamos, NM office.
What You Will Do
Executive & Administrative Support
You will report to the SVP of Operations, West.
Provide direct administrative support to the SVP of Operations, West.
Manage complex and frequently changing calendars with accuracy and discretion
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and related documentation
Act as a professional liaison between the SVP and internal and external stakeholders
Office Management & Guest Experience
Create a first-class experience for visitors, clients, and staff by maintaining a polished front office and taking ownership of office appearance and readiness-ensuring it is welcoming, organized, secure, and fully functional
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and visitors
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Coordinate with property management, maintenance, janitorial services, and other vendors
Coordinate meals, refreshments, and logistics for in-office meetings, events, and special occasions
Requirements
Proven experience in an office manager, executive assistant, or senior administrative role
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Professional demeanor with sound judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Los Alamos, NM
U.S. citizenship required

Assess physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients; obtain health history and provide a written assessment of patients upon admission. During confinement, and upon discharge; document and communicate triage decision to appropriate health care provider.
Develop individual nursing care plans using nursing assessment protocols in consultation with health care providers.
According to physician orders implement medical care plans to include diagnostic tests, EKGs, etc.
Administer medications using proper techniques, procedures and approved routes of administration, nutrition and therapeutic diet plans.
Assist physicians in medical or minor surgical procedures as necessary.
Provide and monitor direct patient care.
Document nursing encounters utilizing the Problem Oriented Medical Records (POMR) form of charting.
Maintain accountability of all controlled substances and prescription medications according to federal and state laws, and organizational regulations.
Coordinate with medical, dental, mental and ancillary personnel as required to ensure continuity of care.
Follow established policies, procedures, continuous quality improvement and safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Current state license as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR/BLS certification
One year experience
Other relevant professional experiences or educational backgrounds will be considered as deemed appropriate.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
