PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The registered professional nurse (CAP RN 1) position is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program for Registered Nurses. The CAP RN 1 is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment planning intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
As a member of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) health care team the CAP RN 1 participates in decision-making teaching leadership functions and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policy procedures standards of nursing practice state and federal regulations.
Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Clinical Manager (CM) and with the guidance from the Educator Preceptor or a CAP RN 2 3 4 or 5 for the first 6 months of employment.
Expected to complete requirements to advance to the next CAP level for which they qualify within 24 months from date of hire.
Performs ongoing systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre - during - post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record adjusts or modifies the treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader Charge Nurse Clinical Manager or Physician as needed.
Recognizes aspects and implications of patient status that vary from normal and reports to or collaborates with appropriate health team members for input.
Assesses daily assigned patient care needs and collaborates with direct and ancillary patient care staff as needed.
Directs and provides in collaboration with direct and ancillary patient care staff all aspects of the daily provision of safe and effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
Administers medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithm(s) and documents appropriate medical justification and effectiveness.
Ensures correct laboratory collection processing and shipping procedures are performed and reschedules missed or insufficient laboratory collections.
Ensures physician orders for assigned patients are entered and acknowledged in the Medical Record
Initiates or assists with emergency response measures.
Delegates appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
Monitors patient care staff for appropriate techniques and adherence to FKC policy and procedures.
Promotes infection control equipment and environmental safety.
Assesses collaborates and documents patient/family's basic learning needs to provide initial and ongoing education to patients and family.
Identifies expected outcomes documents and updates the nursing assessment and plan of care for assigned patients through collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Ensures patient awareness related to transplant and treatment modality options.
Makes referrals to Social Worker and Registered Dietitian as appropriate for individual patient education and counseling.
Checks availability of adequate emergency equipment and supplies as assigned.
Assists with medication tracking and inventory as assigned.
Serves as a resource for health care team participates in staff training and orientation of new staff as assigned.
Participates in all required staff meetings as scheduled.

Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

The position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting and moving of patients and assisting with ambulation. Equipment aids and/or coworkers may provide assistance. This position requires frequent prolonged periods of standing and the employee must be able to bend over. The employee may occasionally be required to move with assistance machines and equipment of up to 200 lbs. and may lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30 lbs. as high as 5 feet. The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
Day to day work includes desk work computer work and interaction with patients facility/hospital staff and physicians. The position may require travel to training sites or other facilities.
May be asked to provide essential functions of this position in other locations with the same physical demands and working conditions as described above.
SUPERVISION:
Assigned oversight of Patient Care Technicians/LPNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in charge after the following:
Successful completion of all FKC education and training requirements for new employees plus
Must have a minimum of 9 months experience as an RN plus
Successful completion of 3 months experience in chronic hemodialysis.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current appropriate state licensure.
Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience within the last two years or for RNs with a BSN and less than 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last two years.
Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred).
Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification.
Meet all conditions of employment including Ishihara's Color Blindness Test.
Successful completion of all annual required education/training/competencies.
Successful completion of on-going training and education as assigned or required.
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Hourly Rate: $33.00 - $56.00

Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.

Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded. Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule. Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Collects money (cash or checks) where required.
Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors. Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Become an Associate Mapping Specialist at Medtronic, with a training pathway into our EP Mapping Specialist role. Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) sales and customer service objectives.

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves 25% amount of travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, please ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field by December 2025 or June 2026
Ability to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation from Cardiac Prep program such as ATI and PrepMD
Proven track record with technical training assignments.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.

What You'll Do:
The Commercial Accounting Team at CoreWeave is central to recognizing and reporting revenue and invoicing customers as efficiently and accurately as possible. This team supports the overall Finance function by being strategic and forward-looking in its endeavors, advising on the financial impacts of different go-to-market strategies and contracts, as well as automating at a rapid pace and assisting other teams within CoreWeave to automate with us. About the role:
You'll be a leader in CoreWeave's Commercial Accounting function by collaborating with the teams within Commercial Accounting to establish a robust vision for extensive process automation, then implementing the changes to achieve that vision. This will include implementing new systems and automating numerous processes across Commercial Accounting in partnership with cross-functional business partners in Revenue Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and others. In this role, you will:
* Obtain a solid understanding of the Commercial Accounting team's processes and identify areas for automation or process improvement
* Propose and drive automation solutions to manual or inefficient processes
* Maintain the inventory of the Commercial Accounting team's current and future desired automation projects and coordinate with IT and other teams to obtain prioritization of projects
* Lead certain automation projects by representing Commercial Accounting at stakeholder meetings to explain detailed requirements and keep projects moving at speed
* Write or assist in writing BRD's explaining solution requirements
* Develop and document UAT test scenarios
* Perform certain UAT test scenarios and coordinate with other Commercial Accounting team members to test scenarios
Who You Are:
* 7+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at high-growth tech companies
* 4+ years within public companies
* 2+ years of Big 4 audit experience
* Strong knowledge of ASC 606
* Deep experience automating and improving revenue accounting processes
* Experience with Revenue system or ERP implementations
* Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills
* Comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting into the details

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
