This position supports the service department by ensuring that vehicles are transported safely and efficiently, providing customers with a high level of service while they await repairs or maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, or designated areas in a safe and timely manner. Provide shuttle services to customers, transporting them to and from the dealership as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, including washing and vacuuming vehicles as required. Assist the service department by organizing and maintaining the parking lot, ensuring that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner. Ensure all vehicles are secured properly after parking and that keys are returned to the appropriate locations. Monitor vehicle flow in the service drive and lot to maintain an efficient work environment. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures. Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and customer waiting areas. Assist with other dealership tasks as needed, including helping technicians or service advisors when necessary.
