This is a hybrid position based out of our Chesterfield, MO location.
What You'll Do:
Perform daily Quality Assurance evaluations on all lines of business, meeting or exceeding the assigned productivity targets
Conduct patient interaction evaluations for Patient Services phone, chat and emails
Conduct pharmacy workflow audits, such as Prior Authorization process adherence and data entry for the Hub
Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality in patient interactions and workflow adherence. Communicate these opportunities to QA leadership or other pertinent stakeholders.
Collaborate with agents, leaders, and other QA analysts to identify best practices, knowledge gaps and opportunities to enhance protocols, scripting, training and Knowledge Base articles.
Remain current on our products, protocols, scripting, new clients, features and departmental processes
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in grading and auditing practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business segment(s), and function as the expert scoring interactions that others will be calibrated against. Facilitate discussions to explain rationale for scoring, actively listen and make recommendations as necessary to the appropriate scorecards to drive improvement in calibration scores
Cross train to be able to evaluate quality on other business segments as needed
Complete other duties as assigned

Position Summary:
Provides leadership in the delivery of exceptional service to patients of St. Luke's Medical Group specialty care practices. Overall responsibility for office operations of specialty care practices and oversight of employees including practice managers and support staff. Implements standardized processes and collaborates with the Senior Vice President of Physician Network to develop and implement strategies to improve patient access and satisfaction, provider productivity, employee engagement, and practice financial performance. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in clinical, business, or health related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 5 years progressive experience with physician practices and 8-15 years healthcare related experience. Communication skills related to physician interactions, staff and outside industry leaders. Ability to read and interpret legal documents including physician contracts, insurance contracts and other documents.

Location: Onsite, 400 South Woods Mills Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield MO
Hours: Fulltime, 40 hrs/week, Monday- Friday 7am-7pm rotating 5 8 hr shifts and every 3rd Saturday 8am-4pm
What You'll Do:
Receive, enter, and process prescriptions as per Blink protocols
Assists in the preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
Maintenance of inventory including inventory storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating
Place outbound phone calls and receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
Provide patient care to accurately support our programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
What You'll Need:
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted)
National certification as a pharmacy technician through PTCB or NHA preferred
1+ years pharmacy technician experience required
Ability to work rotating schedules and every 3rd Saturdays
Strong command of the English language
Ability to solve problems and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stoop, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time
