We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing System Equipment Operator to join our team at a small manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the manufacturing automated system, ensuring its smooth operation, and conducting quality control sample tests to maintain product specifications. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and smooth production processes. Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize downtime. Perform quality control sample tests at specified intervals to ensure products meet defined specifications. Document and record production data, equipment readings, and quality control results accurately. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and maintain quality control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience as an equipment operator in a manufacturing environment. Technical proficiency or able to learn operating and monitoring manufacturing systems. Understand the quality control procedures and conduct sample tests. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data and test results. Pallet Repair technicians are responsible for sorting and repairing returned pallets. The technician must learn and memorize the PECO pallet specification and ensure that all pallets leaving his worktable meet it. Pallets that do not meet the specifications must be repaired. Essential Duties: * Sort pallets by lifting them onto the worktable and inspecting them from the top, bottom, and sides. * Replace any defective components on the pallet using the supplied tools. These tools include Pneumatic nailers, reciprocating saws, and angle grinders. * Restock lumber and keep the workstation clean and organized throughout the day. * Memorize pallet specifications and ensure all pallets processed meet those specifications. * Clean or report any contamination or potential food safety issues for customers. * Other duties as assigned * Learn, understand, and adhere to all PECO safety policies and procedures for the depot and your role. Education, Skills, and Experience: * Ability to memorize and apply PECO pallet specifications to pallets * Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary * Strong work ethic Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and move 65lb pallets repeatedly * Standing for long periods * Full range of motion required for reaching, bending, and lifting * See page 3 for more details Work Conditions: * Work is performed in a fast-paced production environment. * Pay is based on an incentive plan for both production and quality. * Work is labor intensive and requires repetitive lifting.

You will work closely with Supervisors, Field Staff, Consultants, and other departments on production, water, construction, and field service activities. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from company employees and vendors, dispatching and relaying information to the appropriate personnel. Communicate between shifts regarding operational concerns, issues, and ongoing projects. Report and track all activity during the 12-hour shift to ensure accurate shift turnover documentation. Deliver, update, and record all work order information for the Operations Control Center. Work independently while contributing to a team environment. Adapt to changing priorities as the shift progresses. Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office products. Strong customer service and communication skills. Must betech-savvyand able to learn new computer programs quickly. Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens, as well as a criminal background check. Prior control room, dispatching, or oil & gas field experience ispreferred but not required.
