Flexo Press Operator Primary Functions and Responsibilities
Ensures that the job is set up properly with Press Assistant
Perform routine maintenance on schedule and according to procedure to promote machine stability and dependability.
Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality.
Assists in training individuals and other team members as assigned.
Complies with established safety procedures and policies.
Works with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects and/or validations.
Focuses on Continuous Improvement, Quality, Improved Cycle Times, Safety, Cost Reductions, and Customer Satisfaction.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and core processes.

Flexo Press Operator Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required
3 yrs. min. Flexographic Printing experience preferred
Previous print industry experience is required.
3 yrs. machinery repair or manufacturing experience required
Possess excellent computer skills
Prior experience troubleshooting printing-related challenges
Knowledge/experience of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes
Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds continuously, the ability to lift up to 50 pound.
Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
Must be able to differentiate and reduce between color variance.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently.

This position will develop and execute strategic communications programming that promotes Citizens Private Bank's business priorities - both nationally and in key regional markets - while also helping advance Citizens' overall corporate brand and reputation. Primary responsibilities will include:

Tactical execution: Create and deliver engaging and compelling writing and verbal communication for internal and external audiences. Write talking points, briefing documents, leader messages, intranet articles, press releases, key messages, media statements, social media and award submissions. Support senior-level executive communications and town halls, including event planning, logistics, talking points and decks.
Media Relations: Build relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to promote and grow Citizens Private Bank's brand reputation. Represent Citizens at media interviews/meetings, industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Manage and maintain earned media coverage tracker.
Monitoring and measurement: Identify key metrics and manage measurement plan to ensure communication activities are efficient, effective, and scalable. Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Trendspotting: Monitor industry trends and proactively identify storytelling opportunities to enhance Citizens' brand and reputation. Conduct market research and gather data and insights to enhance storytelling.
Experience and Skills
3+ years of experience in external communications and/or internal, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment or PR agency.
Experience in financial services and/or corporate communications is highly desirable.
A passionate, confident writer. Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as editing, proofreading, and presentation design skills.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that connect and resonate across a diverse audience.
Experience working at an established brand is a plus, and eagerness to learn more about the banking industry.
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay Transparency

Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquire through the successful completion of a bachelor's degree in a healthcare or process improvement related field. Master's degree preferred. Black Belt and LEAN certification strongly recommended. A minimum of 7-10 years of job-related experience leading large-scale, cross-functional performance improvement initiatives with the utilization of Lean/Six Sigma philosophies, tools and techniques.

Proven track record of successfully delivering and sustaining performance-related results through the application of process improvement methodologies and effective change management.
Ability to synthesize, simplify, and standardize complex concepts/processes and connect solutions across the clinical enterprise.
Expert competencies in the Lean/Six Sigma tools with demonstrated proficiencies.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with proven ability to establish and monitor project metrics.
Experience in training and coaching cross-functional leaders in A3, Rapid Improvement Events in large, complex healthcare organizations.

Strong facilitator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking a full-time, Pre-Press Specialist to join our Flexographic Pre-Press Department in St. Louis, MO. This position will report directly to the Pre-Press Manager.
The Pre-Press Specialist will be responsible for pre-flighting customer-supplied artwork, preparing and proofing 1-up artwork for flexographic printing, troubleshooting common file and color relating issues, and ensuring color matches customer standards,
A solid understanding of color theory and experience with flexo plate-making software is essential. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, clients, and the production team to ensure high-quality output under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for print production are key for success in this position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform preflight checks to ensure files meet print specifications
Review and prepare files for flexographic printing in line with department procedures and expectations including (but not limited to) proofing, trapping, text editing, and color corrections
Optimize designs for color separations and plate-making
Create and approve print-ready proofs
Troubleshoot prepress issues to ensure smooth production
Collaborate with designers, customer service and production teams
Adhere to production schedules to meet tight deadlines
Ensure final files meet quality standards and production/customer specifications
Self-educating and driven about new software/technology
Skills & Competencies
· Working knowledge of the flexographic printing process and its related specifications and limitations; specifically, ink lay down order, trapping and stepping layouts
· Familiarity 4/c process, spot colors, varnish, foil, die cuts, etc.
· Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
· Effective communication, diplomacy and problem-solving skills are required
· Strong organization skills and documentation for projects or procedures (examples in interview process are encouraged)
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Familiarity with ArtPro and Esko software is an advantage
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in file preparation of flexographic printing is necessary to be considered for the position.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
High school diploma or GED required
