Location: Calabasas, CA Region | Sessions are completed in one of our beautiful clinics, the clients home, or another community location.
We work diligently to schedule your clients within 20/miles or 30/minutes (whichever is closest) to your home to minimize commute time.
Pay: $22-$25/hr depending on experience & education
Schedule: Part-Time | 15 - 25+ hours per week
Block Schedule Options Include:
Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
Block 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
Block 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm

What You'll Do as a Behavior TechnicianAs a Behavior Technician, you'll use a proven method called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children and teens in reaching their full potential. You'll work one-on-one with clients in their home, school, or one of our welcoming clinics. Each day, you'll help your client learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a fun, supportive, and meaningful way. What your day might look like:
Work 1-on-1 with kids and teens with autism and other developmental needs
Follow a personalized therapy plan created by our clinical team
Use play, routines, and activities to help your client grow
Track progress by taking notes and recording behaviors
Encourage independence and build everyday life skills

Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Oversee billing for behavioral health services (e.g., ABA, psychotherapy, assessments, group services), including CPT/HCPCS coding and modifiers.
Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal, commercial payer contracts, DMHC, CMS, HIPAA, and California billing regulations.
Supervise, train, and evaluate billing staff; establish productivity and quality benchmarks.
Monitor payer trends, denials, underpayments, and audits; implement corrective action plans.
Collaborate with clinical, intake, and authorization teams to resolve documentation and authorization issues.
Prepare and analyze billing and A/R reports; present key metrics to leadership.
Support payer audits, recoupments, and appeals.
Maintain and improve billing workflows, internal controls, and written procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of medical billing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Demonstrated experience in behavioral health billing (ABA and/or mental health strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer authorization requirements.
Experience with EHR and billing systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.

A Day in the life of a School Behavior Technician
Use a model of therapy referred to as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the school setting.
Trained in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles and provide behavioral support for students requiring 1:1 care.

Assigned to either 1:1 or embedded classroom support cases
Analyzes environmental factors that may be inhibiting the student's ability to access their curriculum and works with the student's support team to achieve their goals most productively.
Receive ongoing training and supervision throughout the treatment period by a BCBA or a Master/Doctorate level ABA Supervisor.
The ultimate goal is to enable the student to achieve the greatest possible academic, social, and emotional success in his/her school environment.
Effective ABA intervention is not a “one size fits all” approach and should never be viewed as a “canned” set of programs or drills. On the contrary, our multi-disciplinary team customizes the intervention to each learner's skills, needs, interests, developmental profile, preferences, and setting.

Your Mission as our Pediatric Speech Therapist Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent supervision of our licensed therapist assistants and /or CFY-SLPs who provide interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow.
Our clinical team is the backbone of Children's Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.
What we expect from our Supervising Speech Language Pathologist:
Excellent supervision and mentoring so that our licensed assistants and CFY-SLP can meet the below expectations
95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly
80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation
100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement
90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours
100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient
100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient.
Required experience and qualifications:
College Degree, active SLP license in California
3 year-experience minimum
Experience in pediatric speech therapy is a PLUS

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
As a Pediatric PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross-motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals, including:
Navigating stairs
Improving playground mobility
Increasing strength, stability, and endurance
Gaining independence in daily routines
Key Responsibilities
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based pediatric PT interventions
Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Participate in team collaboration, meetings, and clinical planning
