Qualifications Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Meteorology, or related fields; Experience with emission inventory calculations, air permit application preparation, and compliance reports; Experience in Project Management of air quality permitting and compliance projects is a must; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 8+ years consulting, compliance, or industry experience; Knowledge of PA, OH, WV Regulations, and USEPA air quality regulations. Preferred: Knowledge of New Source Review procedures; Experience with Best Available Control Technology analyses; Familiarity with air compliance needs of the natural gas, manufacturing, and power industries; Familiarity with ProMax; Dispersion modeling experience using AERMOD.
