The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
Safely drive and maintain Elica Health Centers' mobile medical units to scheduled sites throughout Yolo and Sacramento counties on a daily basis.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using Elica's electronic inspection tools and report any safety or mechanical concerns promptly.
Ensure mobile medical units remain road-ready and compliant with all safety, operational, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Park, level, and set up mobile medical units upon arrival at event locations (training provided).
Monitor, stock, and replenish team supplies and equipment daily as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of both the interior and exterior of mobile medical coaches before and/or after each scheduled event.
Assist with patient-facing activities, including greeting patients, supporting the registration process, and distributing informational materials.
Provide operational support to Providers and Medical Assistants, including disinfecting exam rooms between patient visits using Elica-provided PPE and approved cleaning supplies.
Perform basic mechanical checks, including monitoring fluid levels and tire air pressure.
Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and Elica policies regarding the protection of patient health information and confidential data.
Maintain professionalism and represent Elica Health Centers positively in all community and outreach settings.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Health on Wheels (H.O.W.) program.
The successful candidate has:
