Report any accidents immediately in Driveroo VIR Software and by contacting dispatch immediately. 6. Assist Driver II with proactive maintenance of all equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. Customer Relations: 1. Maintain excellent customer service with the customers, transportation, and warehouse teams to establish solid relationships. 2. Must be punctual at all times. If an emergency arises, inform the supervisor and warehouse manager immediately, so that appropriate coverage can be arranged. 3. Must work cooperatively with members of the crew. 4. Contractor Requirements: ✔ 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver's license (3+ years) and clean record (no DUIs; ≤2 minor violations in 3 years). ✔ Background checks: Pass federal/state LiveScan fingerprinting, criminal background check (no felonies or violent charges), and sex offender registry screening. ✔ Compliance: Willing to complete FTA/state drug testing and credentialing as required by our client. ✔ Service animals: Must accommodate riders with service animals (per ADA law).
