Job Purpose In this role, you will be responsible for customer quality experience and solutions implementation for Precision Technology (PT) products and machine functionality on Agricultural Equipment within North America Region. This role manages a team of Customer Quality specialists/engineers focused on early identification of product quality and behavior issues, rapid field containment of quality issues, and resolving complex technical support problems (THD Level 2/3) as well as accurate documentation and communicating of issues to global Digital/Precision Solutions team for resolution and incorporation into new and current product. Champion of voice of NA customer in Current Product Management process. The selected individual will define regional customer acceptance criteria for new product, based on regional needs and collaborate proactively across Quality functions and Product Platforms respective of the integrated and inter-reliant nature of advanced agricultural machinery and Precision Technologies (PT). Additionally, this role will support and coordinate with Global Product Platforms (GPP), Digital Solutions Product Management, Global Quality Leaders and Brand Management to improve customer driven solutions to regional product issues. Tracking product performance in the field, identifying the key technical issues to be resolved and driving the root cause analysis and resolution process in collaboration with Global Precision Technologies Quality and Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow North America field quality and customer experience team. * Eliminate inefficiency and bureaucracy in problem solving process to quickly provide customers with robust solutions. * Reduce the time to identify current product issues and improve root cause analysis to support reduction in time to fix and improve solution effectiveness. * Manage the identification and validation of field containment actions for key product issues. * Understand local market requirements and provide the Voice of the Customer to correctly prioritize field Quality & Reliability issues during Early Warning and Current Product Management (CPM) activities. * PIP (Product Improvement Program) Management - identification and proposal for region management financial approval, reducing cycle time from submission to dealer release. * Implement strategic field actions and product improvements tied to Net Promoter Scoring on key product lines. * Analyze and manage Quality-focused Customer Survey Red Alerts and necessary follow-up. * Responsible for Product Quality results on Dealer Satisfaction Survey and execution of internal and external actions intended to address Dealer Satisfaction issues, and promote improved satisfaction across network. * Track and manage Warranty KPI ($ACPU and CORF F/100) and implement actions to achieve improvements in both aligned with budget and multi-year strategic business plans. * OK to Sell approval for new products launched into the region * Region management of Early Warning activities for New Product Launches - validation, concern resolution * Responsible for management, interaction and regular communication with the Region Brand organizations (Case IH and New Holland Field Service Teams, Dealer Advisory Councils, etc) on Top Product Issues & CPM worklists. * Manage the voice and promotion of the company's customer driven image in all Service Communication to boost dealer engagement and partnership, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty Experience Required * Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP ERP (FI-CO). * Business Intelligence and or Statistics experience (Cognos, Qlik, Access) is a plus. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $134,000 - $196,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Job Purpose The Parts & Service Sales Manager (Business Aftermarket Manager-Construction Equipment) is in charge of developing the Aftermarket (AM) business in the given territory, accountable to meet the financial targets (Revenue & GP) for Parts, Attachments & Service products and developing 'best in class' service capabilities of our network. The role will work remotely and cover an assigned territory which includes Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Candidates must live within the territory, near a major airport & be able to travel up to 70%. Key Responsibilities * Develops aftermarket (AM) Business Plan with dealers. Sets up targets and activity plans that support achieving the annual targets. * Sets up and drives a strong commercial plan with the dealers to increase capture rates and grow AM sales. Analyzes opportunities by product family, sets up promotional plans, works with dealers to find ways to grow, increases prospection, etc. * Supports Product Management in untapping and developing new business opportunities for Parts, Attachments and Service products: new products & services, new markets etc. * Prepares budget proposal for the area of competence. Prepares accurate forecast every week for the dealer/area of competence. * Builds and implements dealer service KPI's to measure workshop practices and profitability, setting action plans to improve. * Implements service processes that help the improvement of the service business at the dealer. * Supports the implementation of AM competence improvement projects in the dealer network (i.e. GDP). * Owns the implementation of AM dealer operating standards and supports the regular audits. * Develops dealers Commercial Service offering/retail capabilities, including Service, R&M Contracts, Extended Warranties, machine inspections and Service kits. * Leading role for AM as part of brand growth initiatives, taking an active role in the quarterly meetings, agreeing with action plans and following up on their implementation. * Assembles competitive intelligence (Product offering; programming; etc.) and provides to Marketing Experience Required * Bachelor's Degree * 4 plus years of parts, service or sales experience at an OEM or dealer in the construction equipment, agricultural equipment, truck or automotive industry. OR * Associate Degree * 7 plus years of parts, service or sales experience at an OEM or dealer in the construction equipment, agricultural equipment, truck or automotive industry. Job Purpose We are currently seeking a Customs Operations Specialist to join our team in Racine, WI. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting logistics operations while collaborating closely with our trade compliance team. You will ensure the timely and accurate movement of CNH import and export shipments by gathering, verifying, and managing essential documentation. The Customs Operations Specialist will also address and resolve operational issues that go beyond the scope of the logistics and trade compliance teams. Key Responsibilities * Gather, review, and maintain accurate import and export documentation to support logistics and trade compliance requirements, ensuring records are well-organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits. * Support broker request tickets and work to resolve in-transit issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal delays and accurate clearance. * Act as a key contact for customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. * Investigate, resolve, and communicate operational issues affecting logistics flows, collaborating with logistics and trade compliance teams to identify and implement effective solutions. * Support logistics in maintaining timely and compliant shipments, coordinating with other departments to streamline processes. * Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation management processes to ensure consistent and compliant practices. * Stay updated on logistics processes and work closely with trade compliance to ensure any regulatory updates are communicated effectively to relevant teams. * Track and support post-entry processes, such as corrections and duty refunds, in coordination with the trade compliance team. Experience Required Bachelor's degree with (3) years' experience or High School Diploma with at least seven (7) years of customs operations, import/export regulations, or logistics. Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and SharePoint. Experience with Power BI or ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, incoterms, and trade documentation. * Previous experience in data entry preferably in Customs Entry or Supply Chain. * Experience working with ACE, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and/or government agencies such as CBP and USDA is a plus. Job Purpose The Compliance Lead Investigator will be a key member of the Compliance Investigations team, responsible for leading and co-leading internal investigations across CNH's global operations, with attention to CNH's North American operations. This role is critical to upholding the company's Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and promoting a culture of integrity. Experience Required * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources) required. A Law Degree is strongly preferred. * Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable. * Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting corporate internal investigations in a multinational corporate, consulting, or law firm environment, with a focus on compliance and ethics matters. * Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-border investigations. Job Purpose CNH is seeking a candidate to join our Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program in July 2026. The Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program (RDP) provides employees with the unique opportunity to rotate through 4 departments within our Finance organization during the 2-year program, gaining a broad understanding of how our Finance teams work together to support our business. The program is structured as four, 6-month rotations with an optional 5th rotation. The Rotational Program offers the opportunity to explore careers paths and gain a broad view of the CNH Industrial Finance organization. Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Financial Services, Commercial Control/FP&A, Industrial Control, Tax, Parts & Service Finance, and Internal Audit are current options for rotations. Employees will receive valuable training on key systems, processes, and leadership skills, as well as coaching and mentoring from CNH leaders that will help them grow and develop within the CNH Finance organization. Each rotation helps employees build a strong foundation of skills including financial analysis, accounting, problem solving, project management, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities * Support key tasks and projects within each Finance department you are assigned to, including financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting. * Examples include: * Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations * Assist with financial statement analysis * Provide audit support as needed * Create and analyze reports * Prepare presentations as needed * Investigate and help resolve accounting and reporting issues * Support special projects and critical initiatives related to topics such as sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions, including special projects with other members of the RDP team. * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies * Working on projects involving large amounts of data * Working with Excel, Access, and Power BI * Opportunity to travel up to 10%, depending on rotation assignment Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Accounting Specialization required.
