Compare finished components with engineering specifications to confirm process accuracy and quality. Blueprint Reading & Problem Solving: Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation to guide machining processes. Supervise machines during operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and product quality. Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and practices. Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status US Citizenship/ GreenCard Holder Must-Haves Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC machines with a strong understanding of machining processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and a focus on maintaining tight tolerances.
