The Courier reports directly to the Mailroom Lead. The Courier is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices and/or departments within the Company or directly to other businesses as needed.
Job Description
Performs the delivery tasks and pick-ups of office materials/correspondences in a polite, resourceful and professional manner including interactions various levels of employees
Retrieves mail from post office and delivers to corporate office daily
Loads and unloads a delivery truck through a variety of mechanisms
Plans and follows the most efficient routes for delivering goods in concert with Mailroom Lead.
Completes the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report and confirms the handoff to shop admin
Performs routine maintenance on delivery vehicle, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel
Communicates with main office through a mobile device
Provides basic customer service and problem solving between all sites
Records information, such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages and in some cases obtaining signatures
Performs mailroom duties as assigned by Mailroom Lead, including coordination with other departments such as Accounts Payable and Payroll
Performs occasional trips to and from the bank
Handles cash and/or checks in secured interoffice manner as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned

Valid Class C Driver's License

MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES
Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Processes all laundry in compliance with company standards. This includes, but is not limited to, treating for stains, washing, drying and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets and shower curtains.
Process all dishware in compliance with company standards. This includes, but is not limited to, washing, drying and packaging.
Stocks all housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with appropriate products to ensure that PAR levels are+ maintained throughout the entire building, in compliance with brand standards.
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Sets up and maintains the grab and go breakfast in accordance with brand standards.
Conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness, collecting trash and maintenance in accordance with standards.
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including prompt reporting of safety and security issues directly to the manager or the appropriate authorities, cash handling and key control.
OTHER DUTIES
Assists with the cleaning of any areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager when needed to include but not limited to front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
And any other duties as requested by the management team.
The typical shift for this position is 11:00pm to 7:00am

We are currently hiring Medical Courier Drivers for established healthcare routes in Orange County.
Role Overview
Medical Courier Drivers are responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely transport of medical specimens, supplies, pharmaceuticals, and documents between healthcare facilities. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility, as each delivery directly supports patient care.
This is a scheduled, route-based position, not on-demand or gig-style work.
Schedule Information
Routes operate Monday through Friday
Shifts are route-based
Current anticipated shifts include morning and daytime routes
Final days and start/end times may adjust prior to assignment based on operational needs
Anticipated route times may include:

6:15 13:30
6:30 14:30 (van route)

Specific routes and schedules will be reviewed during the interview process to ensure clarity and alignment.

Drivers using a personal vehicle are responsible for maintaining valid insurance, registration, and vehicle condition in accordance with company policy.
Job Duties
Safely and accurately transport medical specimens (including temperature-sensitive materials), pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, instruments, mail, and documents
Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile applications and/or paper manifests
Maintain proper chain-of-custody for all parcels
Follow all protocols for safely entering and exiting medical facilities
Handle medical parcels in accordance with safety guidelines and training provided
Load, unload, and transport parcels throughout the workday, including repetitive lifting and vehicle entry/exit
Complete pickups and deliveries within scheduled time windows
Communicate delays, issues, or incidents promptly to dispatch or supervision
Represent ACS with professionalism when interacting with healthcare staff and facilities
Physical Requirements
This position involves regular physical activity throughout the workday. Drivers must be able to:
Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 49 pounds
Perform repeated bending, twisting, reaching, and standing
Enter and exit vehicles frequently
Safely handle packages using proper lifting techniques

Requirements & Qualifications
Valid California drivers license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ability to pass background check, health requirements, and drug screening in accordance with company policy and client requirements

Familiarity with local roads and routes preferred
Professional driving or delivery experience preferred

Position Overview: As a Medical Courier Driver, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for transporting medical specimens from various locations to our laboratory facilities.
