Position Title:
Parts Driver / Material Handler
Location: St. Charles, MO
Schedule: 1st Shift
Position Summary:
The Parts Driver / Material Handler plays a critical role in the efficient movement of materials, parts, and equipment both within the facility and between external vendors, suppliers, and job sites. This position ensures timely delivery and receipt of materials, supports production schedules, and contributes to overall inventory accuracy and workplace organization. This position requires strong communication among purchasing, warehouse, and production teams. Additionally, this role requires attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining the flow of materials and supplies essential to daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver parts or materials to and from vendors, suppliers, and job sites.
Transport materials within the facility, including moving raw materials to production areas and finished goods to parts room, shipping or storage.
Conduct daily inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure roadworthiness, safety compliance, and proper maintenance; report any issues promptly to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Load and unload trucks, verifying quantities and checking for damage or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate delivery and receiving records, including logs and shipping paperwork.
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and restocking materials, as needed.
Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles.
Demonstrate safe driving practices, follow company safety protocols and traffic laws while driving.
Sweep floors, empty trash cans, and dump metal scrap bins as part of daily housekeeping and shop maintenance duties.
Assist Shipping and Receiving and other areas, as needed.
Required Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Must have a Class E license (also referred to as a Chauffer's license) and clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
Minimum of 1 year of forklift and material handling experience.
Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math skills.
Ability to multitask in job duties with strong time management skills.
Highly Motivated and strong work ethic.
Basic computer data entry skills.
Must demonstrate a consistent and stable work history, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to stand up to 8+ hours per day.
Must have the ability to hear and respond to auditory signals, distinguish tones and pitches in equipment, and use hearing protection during specific tasks.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Position Title: Carpenter/Finisher
- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
A Carpenter/Finisher is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom trailers, displays, and vehicles. Performs tasks in sanding, grinding, and polishing surfaces to prepare product for final inspection.
Reads blueprints or written instructions then prepares construction materials to build structures.

Unloads and carries materials to construction sites.

7-10 years of experience estimating for a self-performing GC or specialty subcontractor
First-hand field experience is a plus

Overview:
The Engineering Intern will assist with a variety of air quality tasks for clients in industries that include but are not limited to, petroleum refining, oil and gas, and chemical manufacturing industries and various project tasks at the discretion and direction of the Project Manager.
Essential Functions:
Preparation of state and federal (Title V) permit applications and other miscellaneous permitting action applications
Preparation of emission inventory and Toxic Release Inventory reports
Development of miscellaneous air emission calculations
Assistance in conducting regulatory applicability analyses of federal and state regulations
Potentially provide on-site assistance to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Support in development of proposals and miscellaneous project reports
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Full-time student pursuing an engineering degree at an accredited college or university
