What You'll Do as a Hospice Aide:
Provide direct personal care to terminally ill patients
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
Support safe mobility, including use of walkers and wheelchairs
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
Observe and report changes in the patient's physical or mental condition
Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits
Attend team meetings and participate in Quality Improvement (QI) activities
Practice infection control and follow safety protocols at all times
About You
Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
Active CNA license in the state of employment (Required)
Current CPR certification (Required)
Driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (Required)
Six (6) months or more of direct patient care experience (Preferred)
Comfortable working in home settings, hospice facilities, or long-term care environments

About You
Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
Active RN license in the state of employment (or eligible to obtain).
1+ year of RN experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, geriatrics, or related nursing fields.
A genuine hospice heart: compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered.
Comfortable providing care in diverse settings, including private homes and facilities.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills in emotionally sensitive situations.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
CPR certification required.

This leader will oversee the Emergency Department at Wellstar Columbia County Medical Center.
The Director of Nursing is a registered professional nurse who provides leadership and management of a specific service line through the application of advanced competencies in communication; job knowledge, professionalism and business skills. The Director of Nursing provides direct leadership for a group of nurse managers and others who comprise their specialty service line. He/she is a standard bearer and holds leaders and staff accountable for the delivery of safe, quality care and services through effective communication, employment of transformation leadership, managing by walking around, and instilling an accountability-based practice setting. The director of nursing serves as sponsor for performance improvement; inspires others to seek opportunities to grow and improve their performance and successfully applies lean and evidenced based practice to ensure all targets pillar outcomes are achieved. This leader employs all safety first interventions and as the chief safety officer creates a culture of safety for his/her service line through the development/use of these skills by other leaders, physicians and staff. Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners, to strengthen collaboration and trust within the medical community.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required. Must have hospice/palliative marketing experience.
Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
Prior clinical experience is a plus.
Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
$84,000 - $96,000 per year (Average Base Pay Range) plus uncapped commission! The base pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer.
