Your role at Delta Faucet:
As the Operations Leader for our continuously operating omnichannel distribution center in Jackson, TN, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced operations leaders and employees to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. You will provide input long-term DC strategy and work cross-functionally across the network to drive company growth and success, now and into the future. This role reports to the Site Director for our Central Distribution Center at the Jackson, TN location and works alongside our Optimization Leader. The CDC is co-located with a manufacturing site therefore collaboration and alignment with manufacturing operations leaders is necessary .
This role will manage the Group Leaders and employees within the Central Distribution Center (CDC).
Responsibilities:
* As a key part of the Central Distribution Center (CDC) leadership team, create and implement winning service strategies for the site in support of company goals and initiatives.
* Provide outstanding leadership, development, and support for a team of 4-6 salaried and hourly leaders across outbound distribution functions such as picking, replenishment/warehousing, material movement, outbound/inbound dock operations.
* Management functions include mid-to-long range planning for budget management, project coordination, leading improvement activities, and supporting Group Leaders' execution of day-to-day operational processes. This position will coordinate and/or participate in safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement projects.
* Role model cross collaboration with other departments within the building where there are opportunities to do so.
* Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or provide innovative and creative solutions to recurring problems.
* Ensure that SOPs are always followed in accordance with policy.
* Maintain or improve customer service standards, control mis-ship and backorders and locate product as needed.
* Plan, manage and maximize all inventory functions.
* Partner with HR to attract and retain qualified and motivated workforce, while encouraging new ideas for improvements.
* Provide outstanding people leadership and facilitate employee engagement.
* Demonstrate safety and promote a culture of safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution/fulfillment environment or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Experience managing people leaders.
* Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes, including inventory auditing, product slotting, and inventory optimization.
* 5S and Six Sigma experience preferred.
* Demonstrated success inspiring, motivating, and leading large teams.
* Be an agent for change, using data and breakthrough thinking to create winning strategies.
* Strong background as a constant coach for direct and indirect reports.
* Demonstrated ability to implement projects or processes with urgency and drive business results.
* Proven dedication to collaboration, inclusiveness, and employee engagement.
Other Considerations:
* Occasional travel as needed
* Primarily will work first shift, but must be flexible to work all shifts based on business needs.
* Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, work on uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to learn to operate standard warehouse equipment is a must (forklifts, PIT, Handjacks, etc)

This opportunity will allow you to design, develop, and optimize electrical control and automation systems, focusing on safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. This role will coordinate the development, procurement and implementation of equipment that drives continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for various applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise in the development of equipment specifications, control strategies and troubleshooting. Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
* Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and other control devices to achieve optimal system performance.
* Develop, implement, and retain control of software for automated systems while solving and debugging.
* Craft and develop automated systems, including PLC-based control systems, robotics, and other automation technologies.
