    · Design, develop and work with key CPLC staff to implement curricula and digital literacy classes as determined by program needs, funder requirements, and supervisor.

    · Staff the Commons Information Desk and provider support to Critical Path Learning Center visitors. Connecting individuals to programing and completing referrals as needed.

    · Provide one-on-one digital literacy support for participants both in person, online, and through the phone.

    · Assist Learning Center patrons in using the technology in the space, including desktops, iPads, laptops, and various cell phones.

    · Coordinate instruction for assistance on digital tools with other FIGHT programs including technically support to Project TEACH.

    · Collaborate with all education programing and Critical Path Learning Center staff to ensure that the digital needs and training for participants is provided.
