    Summary of the position:

    The Order Management Coordinator creates, tracks, and expedites customer purchase orders for the Company, including entering and maintaining/editing sales and/or service orders to meet customer demand. They provide daily updates to internal stakeholders regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order. The Order Management Coordinator places, schedules and/or reschedules customer orders as needed. Also perform accurate order entry, pricing verification, and insure delivery of all material.

    Duties and responsibilities:
    Responsible for managing, supporting, and expediting orders for the Field Sales and Service teams within the direct Sullair geographies to improve customer relations and lead to increased revenue. Respond to internal customer inquiries related to order status, availability, delivery, and problem resolution. Works closely with Management to resolve commercial issues (billing, pricing, tax status, freight terms, etc.) Follow-up and expedite orders in our ERP system -check for accuracy, confirm ALL required PO information is provided, enter the order, and acknowledge back to internal customer with details including expected delivery. Capture/enter end-user information for new equipment into our ERP system. Identify competitive parts (and vendors) to secure needed parts for resale. Research and identify specific Sullair parts for all Sullair equipment, as needed. Resolve disputed invoices, process credits / returns, etc. (in accordance with Sullair policies). Prepares Open Order reports, providing status updates to internal stakeholders, including the Director, Commercial Sales-Direct monthly reports. Maintains a working knowledge of Sullair products and services. Participates in assigned training programs. Performs only those tasks for which proper training has been received. Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully takes direction from supervisor/ manager; other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education :
    Associates degree or other post high school training (2 years duration). Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

    Professional experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service/sales. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong desire for serving customers. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Sense of urgency. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
