Role Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist of Doors and Millwork you will be responsible for participating and supporting daily sales activities. Taking orders, initiating sales and working as a team member in order to meet customer's needs. Each Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing their assigned product lines, including purchasing, monitoring inventory levels, pricing, and promoting their product lines. Monitor marketplace trends and develops appropriate sales and marketing strategies. Communicate market fluctuations and trends to customers. Assist outside sales staff in developing and executing marketing programs and promotions. Coordinates product education to co-workers and performs new product research while cultivating new vendors to stay current with the evolving marketplace. Interact with vendors as necessary to maintain relationships and to provide support to our customers questions and concerns. Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor and adapt to changes that occur during the course of employment.

Journeyman Plumber
We are seeking licensed plumbers with strong technical skills and a team-oriented attitude to help us deliver high-quality plumbing systems on commercial and high-end residential jobs.
What You'll Do:
Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Interpret blueprints and test plumbing systems for safety and code compliance
Work collaboratively with other trades to meet deadlines and maintain quality
Plumbing Foreman
The Plumbing Foreman leads field crews while staying hands-on. This role is key to ensuring efficient workflow, crew productivity, and top-quality work.
What You'll Do:
Lead and actively participate in daily job site tasks to ensure productivity and safety
Supervise crew members, coordinate materials, and enforce project standards
Complete required documentation and foster a strong team environment
Plumbing Superintendent
The Superintendent oversees large-scale or multi-site plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires leadership, coordination, and a forward-looking mindset.
What You'll Do:
Oversee multiple or large-scale job sites, managing manpower, scheduling, and logistics
Ensure quality control, code compliance, and communication between teams and leadership
Identify and resolve job site challenges to keep projects on track and within budget
What You Bring (All Roles):
Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
3+ years of plumbing experience (Foreman: 5+ years, Superintendent: 8+ preferred)
Strong understanding of plumbing/mechanical systems and codes
Proven leadership experience (Foreman and Superintendent)
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
