Duties:

Chiropractic care Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator (we can provide training), Webster, Drop-piece knowledgeable, and Active Release Technique/Myofascial release and adjunctive therapies (manual therapy, soft tissue, therapeutic exercise instruction, traction, or physiotherapy modalities as appropriate).
Document all encounters in electronic health records (EHR) the same day of service.
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise, posture, and nutrition to support chiropractic care.
Conduct progress exams/x-rays and modify care plans as necessary.
Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively with staff (front desk, CAs, billing).
Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Attend weekly case reviews or training sessions with the clinic director.
Participate in occasional community outreach events, workshops, or health talks representing the clinic.
Support the clinic's mission by delivering exceptional care and fostering long-term patient relationships.

Adult Hospitalist Job Summary Memorial Hospital of South Bend, a 434-bed Level II Trauma Center inSouth Bend, Indiana, is actively seeking full-time & part-time Adult Hospitalists to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Beacon Health System proudly supports a robust team of over 34 adult hospitalists and four advanced practice providers, serving both Memorial Hospital of South Bend and Beacon Granger Hospital. Our providers deliver high-quality care to patients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, encountering a wide spectrum of medical conditions and complex pathologies.
Hospitalists at Beacon collaborate closely with specialists across numerous disciplines- including surgery, intensive care, and trauma-ensuring comprehensive, coordinated care. The program is further strengthened by 24/7 ICU coverage and procedural support from a top-tier Interventional Radiology team.
A unique aspect of our model is the separation of call and rounding shifts, allowing hospitalists to focus on patient care without interruption. Additionally, our providers are not responsible for CODE BLUE, RAT Call, or CODE Stroke, contributing to a more sustainable and focused work environment.

Work Schedule:
• Clustered shifts. An innovative scheduling approach that creates a culture of flexibility and work/life balance. 7-on-7-off shifts still available.
• A full-time position includes approximately 183 shifts per year, some nights and some days. These shifts are 9 or 10 hours, not the typical 12-hour shifts seen in other organizations.
• Inpatient team covers all new consults and follow-ups so you can leave on time on days when you are not on the hospital rotation.

Responsibilities:
* Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
* Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
* Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.

Duties:

Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively with staff (front desk, CAs, billing).
Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Attend weekly case reviews or training sessions with the clinic director.
Participate in occasional community outreach events, workshops, or health talks representing the clinic.
Support the clinic's mission by delivering exceptional care and fostering long-term patient relationships.
