The QA engineer is a critical role responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of EnsoData's technology. This position will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a new end-to-end (E2E) UI automation framework from the ground up for our web and mobile applications.
They will be responsible for developing our automation strategy, verifying system requirements, and supporting critical quality improvement initiatives within our ISO 13485:2016 certified and FDA QSR-compliant Quality Management System (QMS).
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Automation Architecture & Strategy
Architect, build, and maintain a robust, scalable, and maintainable E2E automation framework (e.g., using Playwright) from scratch.
Design and implement effective test data creation, cleaning, and management strategies.
Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to drive product and process improvements.
Testing & Verification
Develop and execute automated verification test cases and procedures to verify system requirements for our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products.
Break down feature components and design specifications into structured test plans, considering functionality, user experience, and regulatory risks.
Develop and manage verification testing, which may be manual, semi-automated, or fully automated.
Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback to the engineering team.
Collaboration & Compliance
Act as the subject matter expert for testing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA QSR, ISO 13485) through rigorous software testing, issue tracking, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle.
Work with customer success and engineering teams to investigate, reproduce, and verify bug fixes.
Write and improve process documents related to the software testing lifecycle.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in Quality Assurance or a related technical role.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience building an E2E automation framework from the ground up.
Strong proficiency with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) for writing automated tests.
Direct experience with modern UI automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
Experience with test strategy design patterns (e.g., Page Object Modeling - POM).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., BitBucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and version control (Git).

Hi, I'm Fred, the lead of Product Management at EnsoData. AWS Neuron is the complete software stack for the AWS Trainium (Trn1/Trn2) and Inferentia (Inf1/Inf2) our cloud-scale Machine Learning accelerators. This role is for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Distribute Training team for AWS Neuron, responsible for development, enablement and performance tuning of a wide variety of ML model families, including massive-scale Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT-OSS, Quen and Llama, as well as Stable Diffusion, Vision Transformers (ViT) and many more.
The ML Distributed Training team works side by side with chip architects, compiler engineers and runtime engineers to create, build and tune distributed training solutions with Trainium instances. Experience with training these large models using Pythorch is a must. Distributed training with awareness of strategies like FSDP (Fully-Sharded Data Parallel), PP, Context parallel. Distributed training libraries like torchtitan, torchtune , HF RL , DeepSeek etc are central to this and extending all of this for the Neuron based system is key focussing on enabling large scale training. Experience is post-training strategies like DPO/PPO/HF torch-tune will additional strength and aligns with team success.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead efforts to build distributed training support into PyTorch, the Neuron compiler, and runtime stacks. You will enable distribute training strategies as well as use them to optimize models to achieve peak performance and maximize efficiency on AWS custom silicon, including Trainium servers. Strong software development skills, the ability to deep dive, work effectively within cross-functional teams, and a solid foundation in Machine Learning are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy & Transactions
Monitor and reconcile daily inventory movements (receipts, transfers, consumption, returns).
Assist with daily transactions related to work orders, inventory adjustments, bin transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliation efforts
Ensure proper documentation and audit trail of adjustments in ERP.
Cycle Counting & Physical Inventory
Support physical inventory and cycle count program including scheduling, execution, and variance analysis.

As the Partner Development Manager, you'll build a public-sector practice with leading System Integrators, distributors and resellers, as well as consulting firms, influencing how GenAI is deployed across government, defense, civilian, and state/local and education departments
As our Partner Development Manager - Public Sector, you will:
Define and execute Cohere's public-sector partner-go-to-market plan, focusing on system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers serving U.S. government and allied customers.
Recruit, onboard, and certify partners to deploy and manage Cohere's North platform and foundational LLMs.
Own joint pipeline generation: create co-sell motions, solution plays, and capture strategies that map Cohere capabilities to agency mission needs and procurement cycles.
Drive partner enablement through sales and technical workshops
Run QBRs and joint business planning, tracking sourced and influenced ARR against targets.
Serve as the voice of the partner back to Cohere Product, Engineering, and Legal-including feedback on security controls, export-compliance, and AI-ethics requirements.
Navigate government AI policy to advise partners on risk management and responsible-AI best practices.
Evangelize Cohere at partner and industry events and briefings to build thought leadership in responsible GenAI for the public sector.
The Partner Development Manager - Public Sector role is a good match for you if you have:
8+ years in public-sector partner, alliances, or capture roles within AI/ML, cloud, or cybersecurity domains, with a track record of enterprise ARR contribution.
Deep knowledge of U.S. federal procurement and contracting vehicles, plus experience negotiating teaming agreements and managing proposal responses.
Understanding of the Industrial and Technological Benefits Policy in Canada and experience in FVEY and NATO partner GTM motions
Working understanding of GenAI (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, agentic workflows)
Familiarity with AI policy and ethics frameworks and how they translate into secure development life-cycles.
Existing relationships and/or a DoD Secret (or ability to obtain) clearance-critical for classified GenAI engagements
Technical fluency and storytelling: you can demo a chatbot prototype, sketch a data-flow diagram, and brief executives

Required Qualifications
