    Job Overview

    We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Warehouse Lead to join our Equipment Services team!

    Work Schedule is Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm. Weekends are not required, but there may be a periodic need. Facility location: Near Paramount's Carowinds

    The EQS Parts Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting Parts Management in all areas of parts warehousing operations by providing leadership and training to the team to ensure all set processes are being followed and that expected goals are achieved. The EQS Parts Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the accuracy of floor inventory and order fulfillment as well as ensuring the quality of parts received and shipped meet specified standards. The position will lead activities pertaining to inventory control and reconciliation processes, such as cycle counting and inventory counting.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    * Leads and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe and successful completion
    * Review inbound and outbound shipments to ensure quality of products meets set standards
    * Maintain documentation necessary to ensure consistent inventory controls are followed
    * Perform inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting and full counts, to ensure inventory accuracy
    * Review processes being performed, identify areas of opportunities, and make recommendations for process improvements
    * Evaluate teammates' performances and provide coaching towards continuous improvement
