    Position Responsibilities : The Nurse will work within our locked 16 bed Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit (IPU). Performs admission and discharge of patients, assesses patient educational needs, administers medications in accordance with prescriber’s orders, assists doctors/APNs with physical examinations, develops individual recovery based treatment plans for clients.

    Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently registered with the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau. One year nursing experience and some experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) Required.

    Day-to-Day Expectations:

    • Provides necessary and appropriate nursing care to participants in the Inpatient Recovery Treatment Program.
