Key Account Manager Job Description As a part of the Corporate Sales Department, the Key Account Manager (KAM), is responsible for maintaining, growing and generating new business within the Fisher Barton customer base in any and all Business Units. We are looking to staff a weekend program, where the team will work 12 hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This position comes with full-time benefits and double time pay on Sunday. Under the guidance and supervision of the spray booth lead, the successful candidate will work with product engineers, engineers, R&D staff, and other production personnel. As a part of the Flame team, you will be required to work with heavy equipment, machinery, and parts while meeting high quality standards and production rates. Working in Flame can be gritty and dusty, however we pride ourselves on strict 5S procedures to maintain a clean working environment and 100% safety at all times to ensure an incident free production rate. Under the guidance and supervision of the spray booth lead, the successful candidate will work with product engineers, engineers, R&D staff, and other production personnel. Working in Flame can be gritty and dusty, however we pride ourselves on strict 5S procedures to maintain a clean working environment and 100% safety at all times to ensure an incident free production rate.
